How best to remove the text on the faceplate?

I'm thinking of removing the "5 Alarms", "10 Year Battery" & "WR100M".

It looks good as it is, but itching to fiddle with a spare faceplate I have.

People seem to recommend a Cotton Bud & IPA or GooGone, but they seem to remove the slight texture of the faceplate too. Is this noticeable? I've seen some that are.

Is there another way of doing it? Or can you buy them? Seen them on AliExpress, which don't have the Casio logo displayed, (I understand why.), but I don't want to order one if it really is blank.

First time i learned about the Royale was due to a guy on Youtube who kept herassing me with his black gloves and some chunky casio watches.

Don't know how far i will go on modding but as you can see above, i am not in a rush here, just love the small steps taken and to come.
