How long until I can expect a Pollen Drop?
Hey Ya'll
Long time grower, 1st time show-er. Im trying my hand at Autoflower breeding, Got some STS,had a failed run on the 1st one I tried, luckily I do staggered harvests so a 2nd candidate was only a month behind.
This is a 35 day old Afghan Kush auto. Began STS on day 18, did it a total of 4 times every 3 days. I stopped right as it was stretching into flower. I know its going to drop SOME pollen, Im just not sure on the timing, right now she/he is in my regular tent, I have a secondary location for it and a way to collect the pollen, letting it fall on its own over some black cardboard.
Based on the pictures, how much longer till I should move it?

Chemdog 91 S1 & Chemdog D S1
Hit them with my Chemistry Bx2 #3 (Reversed). I’m happy to see some seeds starting to form! These will be decent crosses. My Chemistry strain has New Sneaker/tennis ball terpenes. So far the Chemdog 91 is straight fuel with added wiener water terpenes. Very interesting I’m wondering if that’ll stay to the end. For the Chemdog D it’s complex and well rounded. I can’t explain at the moment. They’re about to start week 7 from flip.

Time for a new auto run. Included some mother pictures of the mom marathon bride-midnight marathon og x (meph wedding x auto sourd regs)
Going to search through these spread over 3 3 gallon pots . I know some of you will scream about that and I'm aware they would do better in their own however to save space and materials 3 pots it is. So I personally love peanut butters breath and I just so happen to get in the mail today from mephisto butters breath, butters song and guava fig x mango runtz. So started two of each. This is not some professional search and I'm not advocating anyone do it this way. pheno searchs should be done with each strain and 30 at a minimum. Im just a dude trying to have some fun and to make seeds for family members so don't kill me in the comments.

Corpse Flower(Hoku)
These CF clones are pollinated with Bodhis: (Cherry Sativa x SSDD) male pollen from a stinker of a male. His stem rub was nasty, and loud. Decent potential i feel, especially considering what CF is bringing to the table.
Heavy Sativa variety crossed with a squat Indica dom. variety, should lead to some decent potential in the 50/50 offspring. And the phenos that lean parent heavy, well thats a win too. Lol

Old school land strands starts
I got lucky and came across a handful of original lands strands that include some from Acapulco, Hawaii, and Afghanistan. These are actual seeds from actual farms that grow them in the actual homes they originated from. Generally considered to have a little less THC tons of CBD and give you that all day go. Just curious if anybody else is playing around with these out there? And what kind of luck you’ve been having. I was published in the magazine at the age of 15 for building a grow room for less than $200, I’m going to pull out all my tricks and do it again. This includes a very unique way of getting carbon monoxide into the room to help with flowering.

I would like to build a breeding chamber , I know I need negative pressure. Will this keep all of the pollen isolated inside the chamber ? Even near my flowering tents . I Will have a 3inch hepa filter inside of the breeding chamber and an 4inch inline fan with a hepa filter to bring air in
Anyone have experience building breeding chambers ?

Male Question
I was wondering if anyone has insight into males that show signs of maturity at an early stage. I started 30 F2’s from seed 3 weeks ago. I have one plant in particular that has a lot more vigorous growth than the rest, and is already throwing out a fair number of ballsacs. It’s the only plant showing sex at the moment.
My question, does this indicate anything? Does the plant maturing and throwing sacs so early indicate the offspring could mature and finish quicker? I’m just wondering if this is a positive sign for a potential pollen donor?

I can’t find any shop which sells Auto regs. Even Seedsman is sold out of them (beside 2 low rider). I even asked chat Gpt, but none of its recommendations has auto regs.

Galaxy Brain x Gammathon | F1 Autoflower | Nightowl x Darkowl
Purple #1 - Strawberry jam terps, a lighter effect, good for productivity. Mostly a head high with a subtle tug on the body. Tighter, maximum frost nugs, not very robust.
Green #2 - Smells and tastes like a mixed fruit pastry, a potent and long lasting hybrid effect. Begins with a quickhitting headbuzz that travels into the body. Smoking a lot makes me lethargic. Great for staring at the garden though. Robust nugs and a larger structure. My personal favorite.
Both leave behind mountains of kief in the grinder.
F1 Cross Lineage:
Mother - Galaxy Brain:
Pink leaf tips, robust colas, and the most sparkly galaxy brain of the bunch, a super head buzzin high and sweet fruity terps.
Reversal Gammathon:
Purple pheno with tight, frosty, and modern nugs. Smelled of berries and dank, although more strawberry leaning.
Last photo - bonus outdoor winter Galaxy Brain x Gammathon turned pure black.
