I made a new experimental rap album with creative samples

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LO3oWgA0ttQ

I released a new album called Self Portrait Of Music and it's an experimental album where I mostly rap and sing a little bit. I tried my best to make this album an experience with my creativity, the lyrics are truthful and creative with observations. This album was inspired by Experimental Hip Hop, Rock and Roll, Also pop music. I sampled the sound of passionfruit rolling in a bowl and the sound of a bird and a power drill drilling.

Is the new SOCAN webpage broken?

Is it just me, or is the new SOCAN layout absolutely unusable? I've spent too much time trying (and failing) to do the basic tasks like reporting live performance that used to take a couple minutes with the old website. Plus it's so ugly (almost 0 contrast between background and text fields), has a ton of redundant links, and lots of terms that mean nothing and aren't explained anywhere else.

I'm honestly convinced that it's some sort of AI slop, vibe-coded hack job. For having spent the past few years in development, whoever made it should be ashamed (assuming they didn't just plunder a ton of contract money for this shit heap of a site).

UZEB

Greetings all! I don’t normally do this because the tunes I post are more important and enjoyable than anything I have to say, but this might be fun. I’ve got a “apple’s - apples” comparison question for you. First a brief preamble so please bear with me. In 1988 the UZEB release Noisy Nights came across my desk at the station I was working and it was a WTF moment (as in how did I miss this amazing band), I then spent the next 90 minutes tracking down all of their past LP and CD releases then another 3-4 hours listening to them. Fast forward to their awesomely insane World Tour 90 Double CD release and I called their management to schedule an interview only to be informed that WT90 was the bands Swan Song and they were off doing what turned out to be truly noteworthy and kick ass solo projects. I hung my head at the missed opportunity and moved on to their solo new stuff. Then in 2017 they got the band back together with a horn section. Needless to say, I took a red eye to beautiful Quebec City for one of their R3UNION tour shows. Now to the comparison part.. WT90 & R3UNION. There are no wrong answers. Please take into consideration the 25 year gap, the ebb and flow of tunes, the overall vibe, the musical interplay and even how they work in solo’s.
