Cali Roots All Stars
Not gonna lie, when I first saw “Cali Roots All-Stars” as the Sunday headliner I had that immediate “wait… what?” reaction. I think a lot of us were expecting Slightly Stoopid or Stick to close it out, especially for the 15 year.
I’m picturing it turning into one of those nights where it just keeps building… people coming out one after another, random mashups, maybe some covers, maybe some songs you’d never hear live otherwise. Could either be chaos or one of those “you had to be there” moments! Also can’t ignore the fact that Slightly Stoopid is playing Napa that same Sunday. That’s only like 3ish hours away..👀
Honestly this is way riskier than booking a standard headliner, but if they pull it off it might hit harder than the usual Sunday closer. Curious what everyone else thinks.. You hyped on it or were you hoping for a bigger name to close?
