42U beast running the house.

What do you all think about this rack?

Just some work I’ve been doing as of late.

It’s all hanging loose, overlapping, unlabeled… 😞

First overhaul that I've done like this that required the system to stay online the whole time. That fiber patch cable has been replaced with a longer one that can run with the rest.

This what my dad did at a large TV station for a high definition router.

We had only about a little over two hours for cable management and made the best use of the time.

Digging through some old photos and found one of the last legacy RF builds we did. The right side got a little busy (let the new guy do it as training) but not the worst. Wiring lasted a whole 6 months before it got ripped out anyhow.

Cat6A shielded--bit stiffer. I honestly find it easier to dress than regular cat6 but man is it a pain the ass to terminate. Looking forward to the next one 💪🔥

So basically I have a this cable extension from Bunnings 5m and was wondering if it would be alright to put it underneath carpet at the wall connected to my pc and monitor

I desperately need help to manage these cables. Any ideas? 😩😩
