So lately my adv been just sitting collecting dust on my desk and with the zero coming out im afraid its going get worse lol. I have the lora cap for this but meshtastic is not used around me at all. So I started looking at my adv and was wondering what can I do to use it more. The device is awesome with keyboard and speakers so I been working on this custom firmware that I think I would carry it around, use it more often. I normally ssh into my raspberry through my pc so I thought why not a terminal if I just wanted to do something quick. Also added an mp3 player, gb/gbc emulator if I get bored. Something to use the keyboard more so added a notepad and file explorer if you want to delete or view stuff off the sd or fs. Sorry its getting long, just wanted to share this and it also should work with regular cardputer. If there's enough interest in this I might put it out. I tested everything but the emulator i dont have any roms, if anyone know where to find it please lmk
I'm a huge fan of bruce fw but the development of newer versions is seems slower. The last release is released in first February.

Freenove makes a version of the CYD and I think it looks really cool but the first thing I want to do with it is flash Bruce on it. Any reason I’d have trouble with that or is there anything different I might have to do differently than with a “regular degular” Cheap yellow display? Advice would be greatly appreciated, still learning.
Can anyone help me with the ultramarines pcb? I think i soldered everything correctly but it doesnt seem to work. Please see the attached pictures. I have the 3v going to the places where it needs to go I think. I have checked the components with a breadboard and that works fine. Could It be that I need solder a transistor somewhere? I have seen some pictures of the pcb as a guide, but I am at a loss here. If anyone could help me that would be great.
Really fast with Bruce firmware used it for a few minutes and then screen just went black won't do anything but light up the RGB and that's it.. I refuse to communicate with me I didn't even want my money back I just want to board that works I waited almost 3 weeks for this thing I'm very disappointed..
I have bruce on few devices and on my lilygo t-watch-s3 plus in the BLE menu there's another menu called BLE Suite when you click on it the UI changes and you have a bunch of new features and attacks but when trying to find this menu on bruce on my CYD or in my Cardputer ADV it doesn't show up. I looked on google and the only information i found was on Bruce wiki but it only had information about the features but not how to hide or show this menu. Why can i only access it on my lilygo wtach?
Hi:) Just got the t-embeded cc1101 plus, using bruce and i was wondering, can the provided nfc-sticker-tag be rewritten? i hade no issues writing the first time but can't seem to rewrite or erase the tag no matter what i do. it does tell me the tag was successfully erased but the UID doesn't change.
