My stinky little goob blob turned one today !! 🤍 She was born prematurely and only weighed 48.7 grams when I got her at 12 hours old. This sweet girl survived pneumonia at less than a week old. She’s the spunkiest, funkiest little void i’ve ever met. Neither of us slept the first several weeks of her life, between the oxygen, the steam baths, the antibiotics and the feedings, but I wouldn’t have done anything differently 🖤 Happy one year, Goblin !!
Hello everyone! first post here since its my first void that owns me!
His name is Aceituno ("male" olive in spanish) and had been 9 years in the shelter waiting to be adopted. He is the sweetest boy, always purring and wanting love. He was sleeping during the day under the bed, and at night came out to explore but today HE SLEPT IN HIS BED DURING THE DAY!!
My other cat, Mango (15 yrs old) does not react towards him unless Aceituno bumps into him due to his blindness, then Mango gives him a punch, but its only that
Do you have any tips, recommendations? if not, just appreciate this cute little 3.5 kg void💖 and also my orange Mango
I got him from a shelter and did a DNA test, his top breed was DSH but 2nd top was Norwegian Forest Cat which seems strange😂if anyone has any other breed thoughts I’d love to hear them! His littermate looks like a normal cat, Ringo got all the funny looks.
He's definitely happy I'm back home after being gone for 3 days. Note: excuse the clicking from my artificial heart valve. My phone really picks it up due to the proximity to my chest while recording this.
She say she loves it so much she brought her SPRING. Goodwill for the win as always. 🖤
(Rug is goodwill, cat is dumpster) 👍
Yesterday my coworker almost hit a small little voidling streaking across the road but was able to stop in time.
….. however while her car was stopped the kitten decided that the best course of action was to climb through the rear wheel and crawl up into the inner workings of the car -_-;
My coworker looked all around and a witness told her that he saw the kitten go through her wheel. But neither of them could find the kitten.
After much searching she had to make the decision to very cautiously made her way to work.
When I got to work a they had a trap set and the hood open trying to coax out the potential kitten if it was still there.
I decided to take a look and after a bit of searching all around I saw the smallest bit of fringe-y looking darkness out of the corner of my eye when looking through the rear wheel and upon closer inspection I saw some dangling limbs and my heart just sank as I thought the worst…
But then I saw a small twitch!
And after crawling under the car I found this tiny little girl trying to become one with the car and it took some work getting her out.
She’s currently terrified of everything (will bolt for corners), but she started unfreezing enough last night to start eating and I gave her some fluids to perk her up as she was really dehydrated.
She started mewing this morning, but the husband checking on her spooked her back into silence. (But she’s still better than she was yesterday)
Anyways, she isn’t staying with us, but we’re gonna foster her for a bit until we find her a home (and keep her at least a few days until she decompresses a bit). But thought I would be fun to ask for name ideas for this little hitchhiker.
We currently keep referring to her as “the criminal”, and “the hitchhiker”. And ‘Smooth Criminal’ has been in my head all day…
Her majesty has many admirers, but he is the most persistent. He is a stray, comes every year and courts Abigail even though she is so not interested.
We called him Romeo as it is and will be a tragic love story for him…
We could not believe the noise pollution.
okay so she's 7 this year so not technically a baby...but I call her baby as often as I call her by her government name which is Luna. I've had/have a lot of cats but this girl is the princess of laps.
