I (22 F) have a best friend (25 M) who started being good a new (24 F) newbie in our office. I like him as a friend we have been a duo for almost like a year we do have other friends we hangout with but in the EOD it just us two being there for each other.

For the past couple of days he's making it a point not being alone with me at all like we always have a 3rd person with us on breaks, he stopped having breakfast with me, stopped dropping me off at my place and also started sharing me reels how I am a bro to him even though I am girl. I get it and it's okay like at first I thought he might have a new girlfriend or something (he mentioned he was texting with women but was not interested in dating but idk what's happening anymore) so gave him his space and I was totally chill. But things started feeling bit not good when he started to talking a newbie and being completely focused on her even though other people are trying to talk to him, waiting for her to have breakfast and leaving me completely all alone.

Everyone's like bro come on he went from you to her (she's average looking and not the brightest bulb) I was like processing everything not sure what's happening. I don't know how to navigate this relationship anymore. The worst part is he is kinda trying to set me up with another newbie(23M) or i think he is !!!!
