I made a post last week asking questions about this watch and I ended up purchasing it. I bought it less than the advertised price as was suggested.

I actually love the thing. I think it’s so nice looking. Better in person.

It keeps time to the minute for 34 hours after a full wind.

Knowing nothing about vintage watches, would you still suggest a full service despite it all functioning to my standards? Am I lessening its life by not bringing it somewhere?

Also, if anyone has any information about this watch like year or anything I’d be glad to hear it.

I got this from a storage locker clear out. There was a Rolex box in there and receipts for lots of high end jewellery so the link could potentially be from a high end watch

B&M is an interesting brand, I found there watches to be really good value with unique designs. . Their Clifton Club line has several high end dress watches that do compete with much higher priced watches. The iconic Rivera that made the integrated bracelet a thing, etc.

The brand does not have the prestige or the name recognition in part due to Richmont strategy that extracted the baumatic out of the brand and made it a common feature in other brands. I wish if it gets more love though, it is a very good value proposition

An uncle of mine just gave me this old Baume & Mercier watch, I just wanted to know what the model and value of this watch is, I find similar models online but not exact... so any help would be greatly appreciated.
