End of Lifetime Warranty Feels Like the Canary in the Coal Mine
u/TheGoldenEyed — 6 days ago
I recently purchased an away commuter bag in December and my stitching is already coming off. So I sent the picture and wrote an email to away warranty and they declined my warranty claim. Away customer service and product sucks. You should instead by tumi products and I wish I knew this before this purchase
For those of you that have, which do you prefer? I’m looking for a larger suitcase to fit clothes for a 2 week trip. I only want to have one large suitcase so I was thinking the flex might be a good option if I need the option to have more space. Thanks in advance.
