I contacted a mod of this subreddit a while ago before posting this and was given the green light. I want to do it while people are more active. I cannot name him nor give identifying information (features etc) due to reddits rules on doxxing. I do not want this subreddit shut down.

I will call him J. I was groomed by this man starting at barely age 16 until I was 19. He was 5 years older than me. He often goes to conventions like Anime North and Toronto comic con, and potentially others.
Here are some cosplays he has done that I know of:
• Erwin Smith from Attack on Titan
• Leon Kennedy from Resident Evil
• Gendo Ikari from Evangelion
• Sebastian Michaelis from Black Butler
• Simon Ghost Riley from Call of Duty
• Seto Kaiba from YuGiOh!
• Victor from Yuri on Ice!
He uses his tall height to his advantage
I met him at my friend's party, my friend was 17 at the time. I was young and didn't question why he was friends and hung out around people our age, although others were adults. We hit it off but he secretly touched me inappropriately and kissed me without anyone knowing at the party. He kept in contact with me.
I was very mentally ill and insecure, he took advantage of that. I didn't have adults in my life I could confide in. He would pretend to come to make me "feel better" to take me out.
J would drive long distances to secretly have sex with me, coordinating my summer and school schedules, either in his car or parents house. He would ask for nudes pertaining his giantess fetish and save them. I had to tell him not to. He initially comes off as charming and very nerdy and into his interests (particularly starwars, attack on titan, evangelion, old games, history).
J is also an amateur photographer with a DSLR if i remember correctly. But he is predatory. He does not belong in this community.
J also groomed a 12 year old cosplayer in the community back then, she has since quit. He went to therapy supposedly back then but it didn't stop him.
Not only that, he harrased female con attenders at Anime North, making a "boob list" and ranking female cosplayers. He idolized Hugh Hefner, calling him a god among men, and it showed. He would brag to me about the female cosplayers he took photos of and how he carried them since he's very tall.
I cut him off at 19, i blocked him everywhere and had night terrors for a week, crying for 2-4 hours every single night. I developed PTSD and worse depression, having to take medications I'm still on today.
It's hard to fully recall back to this time as i suppress it. I felt like parts of myself have been stolen.
I really hope you all believe me and report him and avoid him. Please share this. It's taken years for me to gather the courage to write this. Thank you
