I'd like to announce my custom song loader mod for YunYun Syndrome! YunYunLoader is a BepInEx mod that allows you to load your own custom songs and maps into the game.

Just as a disclaimer, this mod DOES NOT allow you to unlock DLC or locked songs for free, mess with the existing songs, or anything of the sort. It has built-in safeguards that prevent any story progression, achievements, or leaderboards when playing modded songs (your scores on modded songs are still saved locally). All it does is let you load and play custom songs without messing up your save file.

The code is completely open source. You can try it out for yourself at the GitHub repo linked below. Installation instructions and a modding wiki are also available.

I *really* want to play Yunyun Syndrome, but all I have is a crappy little laptop that only *sometimes* runs games alright. I'm no where near close to a tech wizard, I barely know anything about tech in general. I'm smart enough to know what I need to know in life, but with anything else it's harder for me to understand and I usually get really confused. If anybody is willing to help me find a PC I can get in the future, I'd really appreciate that. Any advice for tech or the game is welcome, and I'll try my best to answer any questions people have. (๑•́︿•̀๑)

Steam borched recording export so I had to improvise with screen recording. Sorry, I'd rather not have another 2 hours trying to get an almost perfect run, playing exclusively one song.

Hey guys, I'm totally addicted to this game. It's been 20 hours of pure rotting my brain and I love it.

I just miss one achievements (the 24 hours one). But I'm hitting a wall.

I try to get all songs on S and full combo, the first difficulty "normal" was pretty easy, but now I'm on "Hardcore gamer" and the leap in difficulty is really big. I can reach S on some songs until 5 "thunders" but after that, it's really hard. Even some songs with 5 thunders I can't. Full combo is not so a problem most of the time tho.

I'm really not familiar with rhythm games, I don't know if I'm bad at it because according to people, the game doesn't seems that difficult, but for me it is.

I try to change the "latency" or the calibration (I'm often too fast) but I don't know how to really calibrate this thing, is there a good method ? Can someone explain to me how it works ? Because I've got sometimes in error stimming things like +01.02 at the end but I can only put like - 0.100 max

Also, I really want to reach rank S on every songs, my technique is to do all 4 thunders songs, then all 5 thunders songs, then all 6 until I can't pass one song then I try hard it. Should I stick to one song until I got it right or do I need to leave them at A rank, come back later ? Basically, how do you train properly in those kind of games ?

Not my best work... The timing on a few notes is a little wonky. The editor is a little wonky, but it works. I'd recommend keeping any charts on the simpler side until we get a more robust editor.
