Your OC is at a black market when they see a auction. They decided to see if there was anything they wanted and they notice she's being sold. They buy her for whatever reason (maybe they felt sorry for her, maybe they wanted to have her in a collection. You choose.) and now you 'own' her.

Venus got stuck, your OC is passing by and sees it, what does he do? Does he make fun of him, ignore him, or help him? And if your OC caused it, what did Venus did to your OC so they leave him stuck?
You decide where your OC found this; perhaps your OC entered someone else's house and this is what they found, or in some abandoned place. You are free to decide the location.

One of my favorite video game series is Mega Man. I've taken a substantial amount of inspiration from it, as well as having drawn multiple tribute artworks like this one.
Casino herself has quite a lot in common with the titular protagonist, being cute and boyish with a strong sense of justice, and having a wide array of abilities at her disposal.
Skunk is a lot like Bass, with a bit of Dr. Wily, being her archenemy as well as her rival. She has a bit of Proto Man's role as well, though I tend to associate him with another of my characters, Casino's predecessor Chance Grayleaf.
I did a playthrough of the series back in 2021, where I remarked that my favorite robot masters in the series were Clown Man and Magic Man, and that my favorite stages were amusement themed. If you've seen my work up to this point, that shouldn't surprise you.
Though I've drawn numerous Mega Man tributes, there is one that has been my white whale for many years. I've been trying to draw Skunk and Casino dressed as Clown Man and Magic Man since 2020, but all of my attempts have been lackluster.
As much as I love the series, some of its designs are very challenging to draw. I haven't given up though, so don't be surprised to see it some day. 🃏🎩

Ash and Ban, two supporting characters from my would-be 2D animated series Dreamwar.
Taking place in a different world from our own, one where both humans and anthro animals, called "uprights", exist. Set in a timeframe technologically equivalent to the early 1920s, and with a global war looming on the immediate horizon.
Ash, on the left, is a 22-year-old human, and Ban, on the right, is a 19-year-old cat upright (upright is this world's term for furries/anthros, shorthand for "upright animals").
Both are from the nation of Denali, same as Andim (main character), and are both biplane pilots in their country’s only air squadron alongside him.
Ash is an encouraging and protective person, always wanting to make sure those around him don't feel inadequate or as if they've failed. He is the only family his remaining little brother Moon has left, and while away in the aeroplane squadron, he treats Ban like a little brother as well, much to Ban’s annoyance. He (partly) first became a pilot because his little brother Moon thought it would be the coolest thing.
Ban, meanwhile, is far more “prickly” or non-personable, frequently written off as antisocial, prone to more snide remarks and consistently critical with no filter. He's even against Mepria being allowed into the squadron since she’s a lady. Although the more easily dislikable, Ban is actually on the same “moral page”, and actually the most morally impulsive of the group, having the least amount of hesitancy and near zero aversion to risking himself.
