Why without a doubt yuji is gojo and sukuna of new generation

If not the best ce efficiency done by a new gen

Rct burnout, worse condition physically then sukuna at that point, yuji domained on his own

Used shrine against the malevolent sukuna his own cursed technique

Soul dismantle a new ct never seen before

Capable of one shotting reborn sorcerers

Cutting their line to host a body, their control cut in half, their power cut in half

almost like the world cutting slash (hype)

Bm mastery to point sukuna saying it's older brother ct but choso was nowhere near

It was the yuji the goat

Explosive and poisonous blood

Like his older brother reattached his limb and using 1/10 of RCT to heal it

15 year old yuji with 6 months of experience

He's truly the balance between curses and humans

The curse of curses

The savior of humanity

Anyone will say he's been afk for years ur headcanon is not my issue

It looks like Yuji's slahes are now golden?

In this shot from the Volume 3 promo, Maru’s third eye is tearing up, suggesting he’s in the fight against Tsurugi at the exact moment Yuji unleashes the slashes that killed the curses escaping from Tokyo. In this moment, you can clearly see a golden light, which reminded me of that Yuji illustration that was released as a promo just a few days ago. In that illustration, Yuji’s slashes are depicted as golden light which btw strongly resembles Dabura’s CT.

Maybe Yuji fused his slashes with the divine flame causing them to emit that golden glow? It could also explain why his slashes appear to explode in that one panel. So what do we make of this or is this just a nothingburger?

Modulo Yuji is Top 1 (Scaling megapost part 1)

Okay so this is my first time doing something like this so apologies if it's a little messy, also this is part 1 because of the 20 pic limit

I see a lot of discourse around Modulo Yuji being top 1, or even being in the same tier as Gojo and Sukuna. This is largely due to a lack of visible feats. Here I'll be attempting to scale him using a mix of narrative and feats, as well as providing context as to why those feats are impressive. My hope here isn't to make everyone believe Yuji is truly top 1, but to put the idea that he isn't up there with Gojo and Sukuna (and Dabura) to rest.

Part One: Narrative

From the very beginning of Modulo we are presented with the idea of Dabura being a Sukuna level threat, it's repeated multiple times. (Slide 1-2)

Yuji is already mentioned alongside Gojo when talking about who defeated Sukuna (Slide 3), and Yuji is also considered the best, and really only option as a deterrent against the Sukuna level threat (slide 4), with Yuka being a last resort.

Even if you want to say that Yuji is simply the strongest option available that still puts him above Mahoraga, as Jujutsu Society knows about Mahoraga and what it's capable of (slide 5).

Yuji also thinks that he can take down Dabura should he win against Mahoraga (slide 6), and he would have to have some idea of what was happening moment to moment in order to know when to jump in. This statement can be taken with a grain of salt however since it's simply a statement from Yuji himself and not a narrator statement.

He also believes that he can take care of any future threats even after knowing what the aliens are capable of (slide 7-8)

Part 2: Shrine

This is kinda only half of what I want to talk about with Shrine but I'll continue in part 2, but here I've shown the destructive capabilities of the other "Calamity Grades" with their biggest moves (slides 9-15) and compared them with Yuji's dismantle (slide 16). Now even if you want to argue about cursed energy dust being a large part of that explosion, the fact that a casual dismantle was able to create an explosion on that scale is unlike anything else seen in the series.

I've seen arguments that it was still super weak since it only killed fodder curses, and with Hanami it was stated that bigger attacks means less speed and strength. This may be true, however again the fact that it killed so many curses on such a large scale despite being weakend and slower is immensely impressive.

We also see that he's able to use shrine in the same way as Sukuna with chainsaw dismantles (slides 17-19) which would imply a similar level of mastery with Shrine, which is further strengthen by his mastery over blood manipulation (coming in part 2). Also I want to make it clear I don't think he has WCS or Open Domain (not that he needs them)

Let me know what you all think, and don't worry I'll crosspost this to the other jjk scaling subs after I post part 2

Modulo Yuji is Top 1 (Scaling megapost part 2)

This is part 2 of my megapost

Part 3: Blood Manipulation

Yuji is the greatest blood manipulation user in history, and his mastery over the technique is apparent when you look at other users. Choso is the greatest blood manipulation user we see in mainline jjk, and he's been honing his technique for 150 years (slide 1), and despite having double the time he never does anything like what Yuji did with piercing blood. Even Sukuna, while using max elephants water like piercing blood, which is said to take similar skill to Gojo (slides 2-3) didn't demonstrate any similar abilities.

Yuji is capable of launching multiple blood beams and controlling them precisely from a single blood orb (slides 4-6)

Part 4: Mahito

While fighting Mahito, Yuji is able to completely blitz him with Shrine before he can even finish saying domain expansion (slides 7-8) as well as dice an entire section of "soul shibuya" all with his hands in his pockets

This pretty much entirely negates the need for a domain, since he can remove the limbs of someone before they can cast their domain, other than MAYBE the other calamities (Gojo obv can since Yuji can't get through infinity) but that would still place him above anyone else

Furthermore this shows that his casual dismantles with no handsigns or chants can kill special grades (and Mahito is top 15) with ease, something only Gojo and Sukuna have shown to be capable of. Also no, Mahito was in no way weaker than he was in Shibuya, Maru explains this. And no, it's not just due to soul damage. Just because you can do soul damage doesn't mean you one shot Mahito, Yuji still had to have the AP to do so

Also, the ability to do such a feat with no movement is insanely impressive, as when Kusakabe fought Sukuna he found it scary that Sukuna could launch a few regular dismantles at him without moving (slide 9). What Yuji did is on an entirely different level.

Part 5: CE control and possible Black Flash on command

Skilled Jujutsu sorcerers make it difficult to read their Cursed Energy (slide 12) with Especially skilled sorcerers like Kashimo being able to turn off their Cursed Energy (slide 11). Yuji is completely able to hide his Cursed Energy until he gathers it around his fist (slide 10), implying Cursed Energy control bare minimum relative to Kashimo. I would argue it's even better since Panda seemed to still sense Kahimo's Cursed Energy while the alien specified that he couldn't until Yuji gathered it around his fist, but that might be glaze.

As for Black Flash on command, Yuji's dialogue seems to imply that he did it on purpose (slides 13-14), and there's the fact that Yuji has always been able to hit Black Flashes often, doing it more and more with each major fight. Gege also originally made Black Flash specifically for Yuji but decided to let other characters have the ability (slide 15).

I've seen arguments that he can't since it's stated to be impossible, but that's only in mainline jjk. In Modulo there's no such statement, and impossible things are proven wrong by the greatest sorcerers all the time. For example Open domain was thought impossible but both Sukuna and Kenjaku can do it. Constantly using RCT was thought impossible but Gojo did it. Basketball domain was thought impossible but Gojo did it. Bypassing CT burnout after domain was thought impossible but both Gojo and Sukuna do it.

That being said, I don't think you'd be wrong to believe he can't, I would just disagree but it's open to interpretation

Part 6: Bonus

His durability is bare minimum what it was in Shinjuku, where he showed the ability to tank a Black Flash from Sukuna without flinching (slide 16), as well as multiple shrine punches

And lastly he should be able to air hop like Sukuna, honestly a lot of sorcerers in mainline jjk probably can too. What Sukuna does was supposed to be able to be used by any talented sorcerer, in fact Higuruma can do it as stated by Gege, so anyone at his level probably can too (slide 17)

Funny that people really needed the authors statement to figure out whether if he's a special grade or not

We literally see him immediately spreading blood throughout an entire building with a singular drop of blood had Yuji not held back I can't imagine the level of abilities he would showcase but come on it was obvious

Well unless you somehow think modulo Yuji is a hanami victim 🫩

I could present mahito because mahito is literally a special grade and yet he has no problems with beating him before his domain appears

I was gonna use Jogoat instead of hanami as an example but the comments would be filled with Jogoat glaze ✌🏻

Yuji vs Mahito and Sukuna vs the Fingerbearer

Something I noticed when rewatching JJK after Modulo is the similarity between Sukuna absolutely bullying the finger bearer and Yuji toying with Mahito. Sukuna takes the opportunity to demonstrate that despite both being designated special grade level threats, there was a universe of differences between them. Sukuna does his best to get the curse to put in more effort, to evolve and live up to its designation. Only when the curse continues to attack did Sukuna cut it to shreds.

On the other hand Yuji’s straight up torture of Mahito is once again done with the implication of the gap between the two characters. Mahito wasn’t just a special grade, he was the leader of the disaster curses, an arguable top ten character and one with the most inherent talent and potential we have ever seen. Yuji allows Mahito to manipulate the soul realm, to feel like he had the upper hand only to slice him into pieces without moving a finger.

While the title of Calamity Grade is fan made, these two interactions and the parallels between them make the concept so much more interesting. Yuji has accepted he is Sukuna, someone who at least for a time lived only for himself and his own desires. The narrative is great as usual Gege, I am full
