Order disappeared on my (web) profile.
I bought something (graphic tablet) on the first time on the xp-pen website, and everything went fine. I got a confirmation email, payment went through, etc etc... since i still spent around 270 bucks for my order, i went to check the status, and it is not on my xppen profile no more. It says "no order" while yesterday it was visible! Is this a processing thing before the package gets sent ?
And I used the tracking number (found in the confirmation email) and checked if the other still existed under the "track your order" functionality, and it only said "order found" without any more infos.
Would love to get someone to explain to me how it works. I'm a student and 270 buck is a lot in this economy, lol.
