Studio intO are running a paid research study about wearables, recovery, sleep, stress, and energy tracking; and we're looking specifically for people who use Fitbit or Pixel Watch, especially alongside devices like Garmin, Oura or Whoop.

The study is about exploring how you track things like energy, sleep, stress - and how that actually influences your day-to-day decisions (or doesn’t!).

If selected, you’d take part in:

  • a 75-min remote interview
  • a very light pre-task beforehand

Compensation is £110 / $150

  • If you know someone else who’d be a great fit, feel free to pass this on too - we’re happy to offer an additional £50 thank-you if they take part

Used Whoop API For Custom Dashboard

I decided to customize how I want to make sense of my Whoop data, so I used the API to pull everything into Google Sheets (apps script), then connected it all to a Looker Studio/Data Studio dashboard. Link below. There are 4 pages (Overview, Recovery, Sleep, Strain). A lot of people might feel that they get this data in the app, but the table below summarizes the added value of this dashboard in my opinion. Would love to hear feedback, suggestions, potential improvements.
