Please can someone help me i'm level 95 but it seems i'm not strong in pve and pvp,i get everytime into stun lock ,i don't understand stat i'm at 100% on my martial skill but it does nothing

Help: Swallowcall or Hawkwing? Which is better for the bamboo cut wind build? (mortal rope dart & twinblades) I’ve heard swallowcall is good early game, while hawkwing late game.. I was going through the desc of both sets, and idk which is best, I'm level of 91
