In this universe, Peter's spider sense, aka "Peter's tingle," secretly works and notices that Beck is manipulating him to give the glasses and, without saying Peter immediately put them back in his pockets, and walks away. Meanwhile, Beck's plan failed with getting the glasses. He gets his crew together to go full kill mode by finding a new way to destroy Peter. While Peter keeps Edith and is able to use them, to hack into Beck's technology and uses it against them to show everyone and frame to all that's he's imposter and poser, Peter, ned and MJ and friends is able to attack Beck and his crew by stopping their inferious plans and send them all to prison for good.

If he did appear in the movie, i think the movie would still be amazing, but the antagonist would be better and more complex as well.

Mary Jane is a mutant, not human, and had the powers of Psylocke from birth and dealt with being different and having a different type of power, and ask the X-Men for help while also showing Peter that she has powers like him, but different and feeling different as whole, but Peter helps her to be herself and use her new abilities to do moral good and unquie heroine along with Peter and joining the X-Men as a new recruit as well.

Instead of Peter "killing" Myestrio in London, Myestrio gets the upper hand by killing him for real and not trick, but trapping him in one of these illusions and permanently killing him, and he becomes the greatest hero and even killing his love ones too.

The smart ones, Hank, Tony, and Bruce, and the stoic goth, ‘Nat. Hank is also wearing a hoodie, as well as a surgical mask, mittens, boots, and jeans.

As we zoom out, we see five shadowy figures on a rooftop.

“Muties spotted.”

“Do we move now?”

“No. They’re at a school, we need to be subtle.”

“Eh. Not my style.”

“Well that’s too damn bad, Wilson.”

“I thought you’d say that.”

• Her life would be a lot different as a whole, where she enters into the red room, and her whole perspective worldview and social life completely changes with being a new puppet or doll for the red room, to make her to their own dirty work.
• She becomes a hard, scary and monotone killer in high stakes situations and in interrogation missions too, and never goes to midtown high and encounters Peter and Ned in a new and different way, than it was in the sacred timeline, even being a bit more sinister and and brutal with Peter especially as Spider-Man and both become an odd and unexpected allies between each other in action and in quite moments too.
• Her humour would be more dark and less funny than she usually is and be say questionable and odd things that would make peter really uncomfortable.
