Looking for a nice venue for may/june 2027 wedding in hudson valley where we can have an outdoor ceremony, outdoor cocktail hour and indoor-ish reception (don’t want a tent but open to a barn or other structure). Max budget is $150,000 thinking around 150 guests.
We’re down to these options: Seminary Hill, Hutton Brickyards and Audrey’s Farmhouse (Greenhouse and Friends&Neighbors). Any advice? Any venues we’re missing?
Hi! We are planning our wedding for spring 2027 and are currently deciding between 3 venues: Blooming Hill Farm, Red Maple Vineyard, and the Roundhouse in Beacon. We'll likely have ~160 people and recognize each of these venues has these tradeoffs.
Has anyone decided between any of these? We liked Blooming Hill slightly better than RMV (preferred the cocktail hour space, better date option, better looking food), but aren't totally sure yet what the cost difference will be.
Roundhouse is great in that it's in Beacon (fun town for the weekend) but our main concern is about how bare the venue is and how much florals will cost. Any advice would be much appreciated!!
Hi! Considering getting married here next Spring. The base costs (venue, food&bev, fees/taxes) are easy to find out and factor in, but we're worried about all of the potential unexpected costs for this venue. Primary concerns are floral and lighting, but also worried about unknown unknowns.
If anyone has a full budget they'd be willing to send or can give some rough estimates that would be greatly appreciated!
