April stats are out - So glad Gaijin raised it to 11.7, makes the game much more balanced now. Don't forget, Russian bias from a Russian company founded in Moscow with a Russian lead developer doesn't exist.

Its just me or the or the main sub have turned into russian mains gaslighting everything?

Even the minimum criticism or just comparing it with anything else, they just start mass downvoting and hating on you. Its so childish.

In one of these occasions, i was arguing with a player and he used a single vehicle KD to try to mock me. Which is very funny and stupid.

Has War thunder been invaded by kids?

First time getting fanmail

Posted this on main sub but apparently posts of fanmail aren't allowed. Guy was sitting outside that tiny village behind east spawn on Hürtgen forest in a Bradley completely out in the open and proceeded to get annihilated by my Fox. I really don't understand people who accuse of hacking since it's just admitting to having a skill issue unless the guy was literally just flying and shooting you through walls.

New game mode

Anything above 9.7 is painful.

Has anyone else noticed that at any BR above after and at 10.0 is a cointoss between steamrolling the enemy team in the first 2 minutes of the game because their team was 1 life premium tank players and having team mates so bad (still lvl 17 with one "top tier" premium tank) that will cluster in one area of the map but you will still get sniped from that part of the map. ATP I just want skill based match making, I'm not even that good but i find it absurd that people who dont know how to play at all will get access to top tier and ruin the match maker for everybody else.

My war thunder vehicle guessing game

Made a vehicle guessing game where you get a zoomed in, blurred screenshot and have to figure out what it is. Each wrong guess zooms out a bit more and gives you stat clues so you can narrow it down.

2600+ vehicles across ground, air, and helicopters. You can filter.

Theres also a sort mode where you get 5 vehicles and have to rank them by BR, mass, or horsepower.

The new thing: multiplayer. You and a friend see the same vehicle at the same zoom level. First person to guess it wins the round.

The new CV-90, Kaplan/Harimau Platform 🇹🇷🇮🇩

Well it comes with several variant, the turkish side tend to modify it with many types of weapon while Indonesian side seems like to modify it to have personel carrier and amphibious capability.

As today, there are several variants publicly announced:

  1. 105mm Gun variant (the original)

  2. 120mm Hitfact MKII gun variant (the same gun on Centauro II)

  3. 30/40mm Gun Variant with ATGM (APFSDS, Air Burst capable)

  4. ATGM Carrier variant

  5. APC Variant (useless in game)

There is also several rumours about Indonesia will have their own Kaplan/Harimau platform with multiple laser guided rocket for anti drone purpose/ anti low flying aerial target.

Went BMPT hunting with my XM 246

Dropped a nuke and won the round (we were about to lose by points)

XM246 can ammo rack BMPT (as you should) if you spray under their gun where the “external” ammo belt is, while normal tank dart wouldn’t do anything.

XM246 is a very effective BMPT killer :)
(Can kill MBT too if u know when to shoot)

Gaijin refuses to fix the graphical bugs it would seem.

I have already reported the game-breaking bug that keeps crashing my whole computer, where the game deloads itself and when it tries to reload it overtaxes my (good) computer. Something must be done about this.
