New Cosmetologist in the Area - Looking for Salon Recommendations!

Hi! My husband and I are relocating to Warner Robins/Kathleen/Bonaire area in mid-June; I have looked online at salons but wanted to see if anyone had any recommendations for where to work. I just want a peaceful, drama-free salon culture! I am licensed in GA and have 2.5y of experience behind the chair. I'm open to commission and booth rent depending on the situation! Not looking for a summit salon, just from personal experience. Thank you all in advance!!!

Hello everyone :)

Myself (30F) and my husband (32M) are moving to Warner Robins in June. We are coming from Bristol in the UK. In the UK, and in Bristol in particular, cycling is a safe and convenient mode of transport, but I've always heard that cycling in the US is much less common, less easy and less safe. I'm not sure how true this is!

Is it safe and easy to cycle around WR? Are bike lanes common? Are drivers used to seeing cyclists around? Are the roads smooth and well maintained or are there loads of potholes? Are there places to lock up bikes around the city?

Grateful for any information people can give me about cycling or any other useful information about the local areas! Thank you!!

Are tornadoes bad around here?

I recently just moved here and the weather has been acting up recently. I was just wondering if tornadoes are a thing I should be worried about. or if they aren’t too bad

I worked at Blockbuster in the mid 90s, I think on Russell Parkway but I'm not sure. I remember there being a hamburger place in easy walking distance, possibly a McDs. I'd really like to know what happened to the location after it stopped being a Blockbuster and info on the web isn't much.

From my google there was one at 211 Russell Pkwy and another at 1871 Watson.

I'm looking for anywhere that has affordable cat food or gives away free cat food. Also, I'm looking for wet and dry food options.

hi everyone! i’m getting married next month at the courthouse in perry and had a couple of questions. if you’ve gone through this process, how long did it take for you to receive your actual marriage certificate?

also, my partner is in the military. does anyone know if that would allow us to receive the certificate the same day?
i appreciate any advice or experiences you can share. thank you!

Greyhound had 2 places listed:

12017 Watson Blvd and 502 North Davis Drive

My ticked says North Davis, but when I look it up on Google Maps it looks like an abandoned building and there are reviews that say “this is not a bus stop and I missed my bus here.”

So confused! Any help would be much appreciated.
