I love painting faces so much and this lovely lady was SUCH a delight 😍

The sculpt is awesome and the details are CRISP and paint up an absolute treat (the eyes are verrry small on this mini though so be warned!)

I deviated a lil bit from the 'gold everything' colour scheme and I may carry that through on the rest of the mini but for now I hope you like her so far :D

Across campaigns, engine 794 “Pax Ferrata” is never the same weapon twice. As a bunker-breaker it mounts the melta blast-gun, reducing ferrocrete to liquid slag and unmaking void-hardened gates in moments. Reconfigured for infantry eradication, the volkite cardanelle sweeps the field in searing waves, leaving only ash silhouettes where ranks once stood. When the line must be shattered, it bears the Kratos battlecannon loaded with flashburn shells, drowning entire sectors in chained detonations that set armor, air, and flesh alight. It is not a specialist—it is a solution, shifting form as the problem demands, a perfect reflection of the IV Legion’s ruthless logic.

Since I’m currently losing every game in 40k, it’s twice as enjoyable to paint my 30k Salamanders. Here are the first five with heavy flamers, as it should be.

Thought I needed a Diabolist with a bit more reach so built one from a Red Corsair!

Finally got round to the finishing touches on this beast today.

I decided to go for the heavily weathered look instead of the cleaner, edge highlighted, and panel shaded approach. Overall, I am satisfied and feel the model looks very lived in for its intended environment. What do y’all think?

Quite happy with how the yellow turned out, looking forward to painting up a lot more of them.

Hello my brothers and sisters from the various legions, I seek knowledge.

My friends and I played our first 3.0 game using tanks, and when it came time for my kratos to fire we were confused by its New Rec data sheet and thought this might be an error.

Kratos loadout:

-battle cannon

-co-axial autocannon

-hull (L/R) autocannons

-sponsons lascannnons

In New Rec its ranged profiles for this loadout says “autocannon x2” but would it not be three? And the las doesn’t state “x2” but would this not be two? The profile says the las only has one shot.

As we read it in our Libre’s we agreed it would be x3 auto and x2 las.

How have others understood and used the kratos?

Idk why it is there or where to put it
