What is this lump on my cat's eyelid??

Hey guys, posting from the US. I'm working on getting a vet appointment set up asap but wanted to come here for some information for what could be happening.

My cat (17 years old female spayed) began developing this lump or nodule on her eyelid back in October it started small and grew to this size. I've been in a rough financial situation until recently which is the only reason I haven't taken her sooner.

I noticed though that it started producing way more discharge and it turned into a more green/yellow discharge (you can see a little on her nose from when I wiped it). It doesn't smell bad that I've noticed and she doesn't *seem* bothered by it (as in no pawing at it or rubbing it on anything). I just really don't know what this could be or how serious it is. For some background information she's always been partially blind in this eye from an injury that happened as a kitten and it's always had a little bit of discharge that I've had to clean off regularly but the lump and excess discharge has developed as of October.

Please can someone confirm which pest this is? I have been actively going to the vet, (6 times in 7 days) and the vet is adamant the puppy only has fleas.

Backstory: my partner surprised me with the puppy of my dreams from “a breeder”on a farm in south England, 6th of May. He is our second English cocker spaniel and was advertised as being 10 weeks.
As sweet as the gesture was, and unbeknownst to my partner, I noticed immediately the dog may have worms or was unwell, had the worst infestation of fleas/ticks I’ve ever seen, and was DEFINITELY NOT 10 weeks. Maybe 7 at maximum.
The day the puppy was brought home I immediately took him to our 24/7 urgent care vet, as I was concerned he could also potentially have parvo/etc and could infect my other two pets.

The vet confirmed a majority of my concerns- the puppy was likely at 7-8 weeks old, he had worms, the worst flea infestation they’ve also ever seen, & agreed he needed to have continuous checkups to make sure he doesn’t have parvo. They didn’t charge me for that visit and said come back tomorrow during normal hours so they can treat him, as “they didn’t view it as urgent care”. Fair enough.

I returned in the morning and have now been to the same vet practice, 6 times in the last 7 days. Each appointment was scheduled with a different technician(whoever was on the clock that day), and they all have provided me different care instructions each time I went, and I’m starting to get annoyed by the constant disconnect between each doctor’s advice and diagnosis.

The first one said he’s fine, I’m over reacting, he only had fleas, no worms, and to give him a flea bath. He didn’t want to provide spot on treatment in case he was too young.
I went back and explained his pot belly has gotten even worse (literally looked like he was going to explode) and that their urgent care team said he might have worms but the vet I saw yesterday said otherwise. The vet agreed and gave us dewormers but said there were no fleas.

The dewormer seemed to have worked as he literally shit out nothing but worms for the rest of the day & half of the next.
We took him back the next day for another checkup to monitor his bloat, and the next surgeon said he was riddled with fleas & ticks and was surprised the others didn’t acknowledge this. She also noted she thought it was weird that he had ticks, but none were attached to him. They gave us a spot on treatment for puppies under 8 weeks for fleas only as the flea and tick treatment is too strong for what his age could potentially be. I was directed to give him a thorough bath and then apply the spot on treatment.

Since then, (48+ hours since the spot on) I was directed to give him a few more baths and comb thoroughly. Ive been combing and combing non-stop, but there are white specs in his fur that are essentially cemented into the base. I asked the vet at his next appointment if this was canine lice and they said no, just fleas…I AM NO MEDICAL EXPERT BY ANY MEANS, HENCE THE MULTIPLE VET VISITS IN ONE WEEK—but, to my knowledge, flea eggs don’t remain cemented in the fur—or do they???

I’m at my wits end here, because all the conflicting diagnoses from the vet doctors are making me unsure and confused. I don’t think he’s getting the proper treatments for the ailments he has and it’s making me sick with stress.

With all that said—PLEASE can someone put my mind at ease and tell me what the hell are the white specks cemented to the base of his fur in photo 1&2, as well as which pest the brown/tan specks are in the photos following the first?

A quick side note- I used to work with and train dogs professionally in the past, so I don’t blame my partner for not catching the puppy’s issues immediately. He mistook the potbelly as puppy fat, the pests as mulch/sawdust from the pen he was in, and as for the puppy’s age, the only other puppy he’s ever had/been around is our first cocker who was the runt of her litter at 8&1/2 weeks.
I also want to state that the puppy is currently isolated from my other dog and my cat.

TLDR: PLEASE can someone put my mind at ease and tell me what the hell the white specks are cemented to the base of his fur in photo 1, as well as which pest the brown/tan speck is in the photos following?

Added the obligatory puppy pic of my little void in the last slide. He melts my heart

This is my almost 4-year-old male Siberian Persian. He didn’t have this colour difference when he was a kitten, but it gradually appeared more and more throughout the years. I have an appointment to bring him to see a specialized eye doctor but it’s been taking a while and I am resorting to posting on here for help. I have also previously owned a cat with two different coloured eyes, but not like this.

My boyfriend and I went out this morning and came home to a large Wet spot in the middle of our bed. Our 2.5 year old Purebread American Housecat was the only one who was left in the room during the hour and half we were out. After smelling and taking all the sheets off the bed we realized it wasn’t pee and we were very confused? A short while later we noticed her laying next to her bed with drool dripping out of her mouth, which neither are normal for her. After checking on her we realized that her bed was covered in drool and so was the fur around her face, neck, and paws. After looking it up it appears there could be multiple different causes. We don’t have any known toxins or dangerous plants around the house, but she way have had access to open toilet water (maybe bacterial infection?) We also have multiple other cats who are not the same breed and much bigger than her that typically play pretty aggressively, however, when checking inside her mouth there’s nothing noticeable like a cut or very prominent redness. The only thing noticed was a small black dot that may be unrelated (we don’t look in her mouth insanely often.) We’ve spent the last hour calling all our local vets to get quotes but they are far too much for just the initial visit before treatment costs (I will put myself in debt if I need to, just hoping not to😭) and it being the beginning of the month we don’t have much money and barely make it month to month as is. The next closest availability is tomorrow at 11, should we wait or take her to emergency?

Some other Symptoms: Heavy breathing, looks like fast heartbeat, somewhat lethargic(She’s up and moving, just unmotivated to play/eat/drink), laying is strange/Not her typical spots, constantly Cleaning herself/other cats.

Other information: she is not neutered/spayed and has had one litter of kittens, we also have 3 other cats.

Update!!- we went to the emergency vet closest to us, they took her temperature, weighed her, they did a physical and took blood, we wont find out the blood results for about a week. The vet found gingivitis in her gums so we got meds for that and he suspects based on her other symptoms as well as the fact that she’s not spayed that she possibly has a uterine infection, which can be deadly, so we got antibiotics for that too. Now we’re back home after a very emotional night, we’ve administered the first dose of both and so far she seems to be doing slightly better. Thank you to anyone who gave advice we beyond appreciate it.
