relet opportunity at university walk

Hello everyone! I am a current student at UTK and I am looking for a guy to take over the lease for my room at University Walk starting May 16th through July 28th. the property can add another leasing term to the lease already in place.

The floor plan includes 4 bedrooms, two are currently occupied so you’d the third roommate. the room itself includes a fully furnished room, private bathroom, a sliding mirror and a closet. on top of that the common area has an in unit washing and drying machine, and furniture for the living room

As for the university walk property, the amenities include study rooms, a gym, a built in pool grilling area and fire pit, and entertainment lounge

Looking for a roommate - Cedar Bluff

I've been admitted for this fall as a Biology major, going into ecology and evolution 🤞 My roommate and I are eyeing a place in West Knox, Cedar Bluff area. We (21 & 23yo) are in need of one additional roommate, the place would be 3bed/2 bath, $1745/month base rent not including utilities (split 3-ways would be around $580/month, again not including utilities) 12 month lease with opportunity to renew. Move-in would likely be mid-May, but theres a chance we can make early July work as well.

I keep various reptiles, but they will stay enclosed so pet-friendly is a preference but you won't be interacting with them much (if any). Open to any gender, but LGBT-friendly is a must. Reach out if interested and feel free to ask any more questions!

Exact base rent: $1,092.00; combined utilities (including electricity, water, trash) - ~$52

Lease term: Fall 2026 - Spring 2027

Unit type: 4BR/4BA – B1

Furnishing status: already furnished

Move-in date: mid-August (exact date TBD)

Relet fee: one month of base rent (I will pay this, not the replacement)

Hello everyone! I am a current student at UTK and I am looking for a male roommate to take over the lease for my room at Hub Knoxville (Building 1, 1915 Cumberland Ave) for the upcoming 2026-2027 term. This lease begins on July 25th, 2026 and runs to July 20th, 2027. Rent is $1425 per month.

The floor plan includes 4 bedrooms (although the lease is only for the one bedroom), two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a large living room area. Not to mention all the other amenities of the apartment itself.

Also please note that in addition to (hopefully) myself, two other residents will be leaving at the end of the semester, so this would be a great pick for friends looking for a good spot on the strip next year.
