Been to Miami a few times, found the crowd fairly bro-y. How has the Europe crowd faired recently??

So, I will be going to Ultra Europe this summer. It will be the first EDM festival I’ve ever attended. I was really hoping to see Alesso since he’s by far my favorite DJ. However, after Phase 2 dropped yesterday I’m a bit heartbroken. He’s still not on the lineup 💔

I understand that the lineup is already insane, but I genuinely thought Alesso would be there 😔 During the last couple of months, Ultra Europe has made multiple hints on Instagram that made it seem like he might come:

Alesso also doesn’t have any other shows during the Ultra Europe dates (July 10–12), even though he’ll already be in Europe:

He has played at Ultra Europe almost every year except 2024 (when he was dealing with health issues), 2017, and 2013. I thought he was more or less guaranteed to be there this year.

I listened to his entire Red Rocks set yesterday, and then an hour later I saw that Phase 2 had dropped… and he wasn’t there 💔

I’m trying to stay hopeful since Phase 3 hasn’t dropped yet, but from what I’ve heard Phase 3 usually focuses more on support artists rather than major headliners.

I know I'm overreacting and should just enjoy the lineup for what it is, but do you guys still think there’s a realistic chance Alesso gets announced for Ultra Europe this year? 🙏

Can anyone suggest me some accommodation options for UMF Croatia? I am travelling solo for the festival and would prefer something nearby?

If camping is the only nearby option, can I arrange for camping equipment in croatia itself - as I am travelling from India and will not be able to carry camps.

This year's lineup is frickin' balls and I just cant miss it.

Also, if anyone attending UMF is also attending Defqon 1 - lets catch up at DEFQON 1.

I submitted a request for tickets a few hours ago and I am waiting for approval. I know the tickets came out yesterday, but what are the chances I’ll get approval? I’m new to this stuff. It’s my first time buying. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I got my UMF ticket approved from waitlist yesterday and said my card will be charged today. I haven’t seen a pending charge to my account yet. I’m going to wait until tomorrow to see if it charged but I wanted to see if anyone got charged for their ticket yet. Thanks

I am going to Ultra Japan and I am super excited. I know in September, temperatures are hot and rain is very common. With their posts on insta, it looks like the event is super crammed and people have commented there was very little room to breathe.

Comparing to EDC LV or a large event, how packed is the crowd on a scale of 1-10?

Also, I have never been to Japan before and it is my first time going to an edm event there. What is the rave attire so I am respectful?
