A few weeks back Baron was doing some of his usual research, using the court documents etc

Stumbled upon the time line of Tyler’s discord confession and the time he was in custody, and they clashed.

Looks like he’s about to prove it tonight on his live show.

Most reports about the handwritten note that was found in the search contain only one sentence: "I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk, and I took it."

Reading the full text of the note gives a more nuanced view of Robinson's personality and motives. Here goes.

If you are reading this per my text, then I am so sorry. I left the house this morning on a mission, and set an auto text. I am likely dead, or facing a lengthy prison sentence. I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk, and I took it. I don’t know if I will/have succeeded, but I had hoped to make it home to you. I wish we could have lived in a world where this did not feel necessary. I wish I could have stayed for you and lived our lives together. I lack the words to express how much I love you, and how very much you mean to me. Please try and find joy in this life. I love you, always, -Tyler.

The charging document issued on September 16, 2025 contains only the sentence, "I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk, and I took it." The prosecutors released the full text of the note earlier this month. It's interesting that very few news outlets have bothered to quote the entire letter, but only the sentence from the charging document.

None of this excuses the murder of Charlie Kirk, but it does illustrate Robinson's state of mind. IMHO he seemed determined to destroy himself ("likely dead, or facing a lengthy prison sentence") and wanted to take Charlie Kirk down with him. Is this crime a case of murder / suicide?

BTW Those of you who think that Robinson is innocent might question whether the note is genuine. But if Robinson is a "patsy," and the note is fake, why would the authorities have released the full text of the note? Wouldn't they want to make Robinson look as bad as possible?
