40th birthday trip this weekend - feedback on itinerary..?

Planning a 40th birthday trip to Turks & Caicos for my fiancé and would LOVE feedback/suggestions from people who know the island well!

Trip is May 14–17
Group of 7 adults (3 couples + 1 single girl)
Staying at a villa in Providenciales

Vibe we’re going for:

  • fun/high-energy
  • luxury but not stuffy
  • good drinks/music
  • some chaos but still relaxing 😂
  • want to feel like we experienced the island and not JUST stayed at the villa

Would love thoughts on our itinerary + any recommendations/swaps/tips!

THURSDAY

  • Travel + villa check-in
  • Pool/beach hang
  • 7:30 PM dinner at Marine Room
  • Late-night casino/drinks after

Question:
Is the Ritz casino worth it? Or is there a better late-night vibe for drinks/music/cocktails?

FRIDAY

  • Explore Grace Bay starting at Lemon 2 Go
  • Bop around / drink / shop / beach bars
  • Planning to head back to the villa around 2 PM for pool/beach time because I’m getting the vibe Grace Bay isn’t really the type of beach where you can fully set up for the day with chair/drink/food service? Curious if I’m wrong about that.
  • 8 PM dinner at Infiniti
  • 10 PM bottle service at Aziza

Questions:

  • Best “walk around and day drink” spots in Grace Bay?
  • Any must-stop cocktail bars/lounges?
  • Is Aziza worth it or overrated?
  • Are there any beach clubs/beaches that have a more lively service atmosphere during the day?

SATURDAY

  • Private chef breakfast at villa
  • Half-day catamaran
  • Private chef dinner at villa with a surprise saxophonist

Questions:

  • Anything we should add to the boat day?
  • Floating bars? snorkel spots? beach stops?
  • Any fun late-night move after a villa dinner or should we just stay in and enjoy the house?

SUNDAY

  • Fly home and attempt to recover from the damage

Would also love:

  • hidden gems
  • beach club recs
  • best late-night food
  • transportation tips
  • anything you wish you knew before going

Thanks in advance 🙌

Arriving soon, will be there Saturday thru Thursday. It’s just two of us, and we want to do a half day snorkel but we’re flexible on which day. I just want to make sure that the weather is good on the day that we go. Is this something we can feel out when we arrive or should we definitely book in advance? Leaning towards lady grace, if that matters.
