Trulieve warranty
I just tried getting my hot knife replaced at the trulieve on beach in Jacksonville, Florida the one that starts with 6259 and the rep was trying to give me a hard time. She said that they don’t have the same warranty anymore that they only replaced a puffco item once and then I have to go through puffco she looked through my account and saw that I had multiple returns for the same thing because every time it breaks I just go get a new one, but she said this was the last time I was going to be able to do it and that she was going to take the Puffco purchase out of my account can anybody verify this? Is it true? I’ve never had a problem returning anything at trulieve and I always vouch for this. I tell everybody to buy any device from here. I also never go to that store because I had a previous issue with one of the reps. It seems like they don’t know anything.
