Need Help Identifying This Thing

Was tidepooling in Rancho Palos Verdes in Los Angeles and was curious what this clear blobby guy clinging to this sea urchin skeleton is… does anyone know? I included a zoomed in picture. (:

tips for a newbie?

Hi everyone. I have never actually been tidepooling, but it's so fascinating to me. I really wanna start tidepooling. Any advice for a newbie?

We went tidepooling for the first time in Half Moon Bay, CA! I used Seek and iNaturalist to ID but couldn't catch them (white thing in picture 1 and bumpy pickle looking thing in picture 2). Does anyone know what these might be? Thank you!

Does anyone know what this is?

iNaturalist says baby ribbon eel but I am not convinced due to its white head stripe and the head shape. Found around Morro Bay

If you explore here, please leave your dogs at home, don’t touch the creatures and be mindful of where you step during low tide. We went at a -1 tide and saw a beautiful array of creatures, and were accompanied by a lot of likeminded people! Go outside and see what our beautiful coast has to offer us! Sea Creatures in order: Thick horned nudibranch, Ochre Sea Star and Orange Sea Cucumbers.

Tips for best experience

I’d consider myself a pretty experienced tidepooler but I’m always looking for tips on how to improve!

I go during lowest tides of the month, bring a flashlight, have waterproof shoes, but I always want to improve.

Heyyy everyone. Looking for an underrated spot to see some wildlife in the upcoming negative tides. I’ve done Cannon Beach a few times and it is lovely, but I’m hoping to see something different and hopefully not have to drive 4+ hours (I live in Vancouver, WA). Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏻
