I don’t know, and he almost got flashed at the intersection 120th and Colorado but I was going 50 mph and some dad flew by me in a GMC (Plates are: 156-PGA) and almost hit someone. Does anyone know whose dipshit dad this is? And if you know (DONT DOX) but tell him to slow down and keep his eyes on the fucking road. Not to mention (first image) was caught with him on his phone. :/

HVAC Repair Recommendations

Anyone have any good hvac repair recommendations in the area? Our AC is not pumping cold air. I replaced the capacitor myself yesterday as I read that a lot of times that’s the issue. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like it fixed the problem. Looking for someone to come take a look at it. Preferably that won’t cost me an arm and a leg and that can come out fairly quickly.

Thanks!

Hi neighbors!

A friend will be holding one more estate sale tomorrow, at the home across the street from Willow Run Park, at the corner of Bethlehem Cir and Bryant St. TVs, sofas, kitchenware, handmade blankets, tables, chairs, christmas decorations, knicknacks and more. All must go as this is the final sale before the home will be cleaned out. Come make an offer!!

Hey NDEN!

If you’re 25+ and your idea of a perfect evening involves soft lighting, a warm drink, and a delightfully “granny-coded” hobby… you might have just found your people.

We’ve started a small, cozy Discord server for local folx who love the gentle, nerdy things in life. Think knitting and crochet projects, bookish rambling, baking experiments, gardening, puzzles, gaming, watching a B-movie, crafting, tea rituals, and falling down very specific interest rabbit holes together.

It’s a low-pressure, genuinely friendly space. No big loud server energy, no cliques, no gatekeeping. Just people who want to slow down a bit, share what they’re making or reading, build real friendships, and join occasional low-key local hangouts.

One small note: we do ask new folks to participate a bit when they join. Say hi, share a hobby, jump into a convo, etc. Just so everyone feels comfortable opening up and we know we’re talking to real humans and not bots.

If you’ve been craving community that feels more like a quiet living room than a crowded bar, this is for you.

Send a reply to the thread if you're interested and I will DM you a server invite!

EDIT: It seems Reddit restricted my account so I can't send a DM first. Please DM me if you're interested in a link!

This should be common sense, but apparently some people need to be reminded.

Someone thought it was a good idea last night about 930 to light off a giant firework at 136th and Holly. It appears they didn't even get it 5 feet off the ground because it was a dome right off the ground when I saw it go off.

When I drove by there were multiple small grass fires in the field. I called 911 and they sent out a firetruck and police to make sure it didn't get out of hand.

Hi everyone, looking for real-life experience. I’m from Adams county and hired a landscaper who promised a full job, took my money (have the invoice), did no work, and then bailed. I have all the text messages showing the broken promises and photos of the unfinished.
Have camera footages, license plate, faces recorded.
Has anyone successfully won and collected (not just got a judgment) in Colorado small claims for something like this?
Is it worth filing a complaint with the state or police before filing a lawsuit?
Any tips on organizing the evidence for the judge?
I plan to send a demand letter, but want to know if they actually pay up.

Thank you 🙏🏼
