What is your speculation on who creating the mechanical enemies ?

This post is pretty much lore speculation post because it doesn’t matter much on who created these mechanical enemies (Killbots/Atomic, Beacon/Ultimate, Teapot/Narewell, Warhead) as what matter is they want blue team dead as their goal but what is your theory on who or what created these machines(even though beacon has a soul and warhead could be cybernetically modified fatboy) to fight us ?

When should I start Tumored ?

I maxed out my alt account on everything, got bored, and went to replay tbb on my main account for the thrill of everything again, I'm still on 1* chapter 1, and I was wondering when should I start tumored mode ? I used tumored after beating chapter 4 3* on my alt, but I feel like I should've started sooner. When is the best time should I start tumored ?
