Alright so Scott is a true alpha and he got it without killing another alpha, and throughout the show Scott never killed anyone.. so could that mean if he kills someone he loses his true alpha powers?

Is really that easy in the US to enter an underground tunnel water treatment plant like the pack/dread doctors/theo/chimeras enter?
