(Video from the tiktok account tales.from.the.de which is a PUBLICLY viewable account. We have of course done our due diligence and conferred with someone who used to be in personal contact with TU and received voice notes from her. This person has corroborated that the tiktok voice is indeed that of TU).

So as we all know by now, our good friend TU just loves to indulge in a nice spot of unmasking. So what better way to honour and celebrate that interest than by announcing that her own voice has been unmasked? Surely she will be very happy for us choosing to participate in one of her most important pastimes, no?

Anyway, in the voice note she can be heard struggling to find the expression ''it'll be like yesterday's news'' and instead says something about a chip shop paper. To our northern redditors, is chip shop paper a northern saying or is it just as much rubbish up there as it is in the south?

Those of us who have known about this video for a while have been trying to place the accent exactly, with Leeds and west Yorkshire being top contenders. Can any of you clever people pinpoint the accent with 100% certainty? I'm sure you can, and if anyone recognises the voice as someone they know then please don't be shy to let us all know. We have to really support TU with her favourite hobby of course!

I wanted to see what all the fuss was about, and settled down with a cuppa to read through the 48 pages of what brought about all this drama, legal action and claims of harassment.

And I was shocked by what I read on there...

People saying positive things about Donna!

People expressing concern about her sister!

People expressing sadness at a once close family bond being broken!

Then people noticing the correlation between all this and "Donna's new boyfriend Neil"...

But wait, I thought Tattle was the most toxic place on the internet? A bastion of online abuse, inhabited by the nastiest trolls to exist online?

I suppose it was pretty savage how people thought Donna's choice of car colour was horrible, and how the flaunting of excessive wealth and travel during the post-pandemic period was crass. And her personal style wasn't very nice. God, people can be so mean behind the keyboard 😢🤧

I'm just sorry I missed it all at the time. I'm new to this sub but I've been a Tattler since 2019. Enjoying catching up on the insanity of this pair of egomaniacs, although it makes my blood boil. Neil in particular is truly deranged (my opinion, which is allowed in a free society, thank you very much) and I really want the world to know just how much of a nasty, dodgy character he really is. Especially after their press circuit and all their peacocking about fighting the good fight against online abuse. Such BS. Justice for SB ✊🏻

(Also, about 40% of the thread was literally just people asking what happened between Donna and Anita. So here's me asking as well! Did we ever find out..?!)

I’ve been on this sub for quite a while now and haven’t been quiet (lol sorry not sorry I just love a chinwag) but just because I have opinions, that doesn’t automatically equal illegal or wrongdoing. I’ve been told I am committing all sorts of wrongs and been argued with that I will be hauled before the courts. Now seems like the appropriate time to disclose that I am legally educated to post-graduate level, so from my perspective, the goings on in this sub have been far more sinister than most give it credit for.

To bully and threaten people into silence, flaunting an abundance of wealth and a legal team is absolutely diabolical. I have been privy to numerous DMs/emails which have been sent to users in this sub, it isn’t my place to share them and I won’t, but trust me when I say, they are vile. The cocky DMs I received - along with the link to a supposed “legal letter” which I didn’t open were all laughable to me, because I KNOW I didn’t do anything wrong. There is a whole catalogue of evidence which has been collated over the months.

I hope anyone who was affected by threats or harassment and is reading from afar feels some sense of justice and encouragement from today’s judgement. I will continue to contribute my opinions and commentary on whichever matter I see fit, and as always I will do so in a fair and LEGAL manner. I hope everyone else does the same. My DMs are always open for anyone who is impacted by what I’ve discussed and will stay between us.

Explain it to me like I'm five.

Youre a solicitor and your client wants to do something stupid, so stupid that you'll have to apologize to the judge and the court when it's found out. At best it makes you look incompetent, at worst it looks like an abuse of process.

The chances of you being found out are high too, because the information youre "withholding" would be easily findable (like multiple reports saying you know the information) and your clients are also bragging about what they are doing on their social media, so there will be screenshots that show what you did.

Do you have to just go along with it because it's what your client wants?

Or can you tell your client no I'm not doing this. Because if there's an option to tell your client no, I don't understand why as a solicitor you would risk your professional reputation?

Like am I missing something here ?

The verdict this week was released in two parts: a short version first, followed a few hours later by the full detailed judgment.

From what I can see, the 2023 verdict only appears to have a short version publicly available. Was there ever a longer, more detailed version issued, or was it withheld because it contained the allegedly defamatory statements the case was based on? Alternatively, maybe no extended version was ever produced in the first place?

And before anyone jumps to the usual accusations: discussing or asking questions about a public court case is not stalking ✌️

I think it’s safe to say that they’re a sad individual who purports to being doing some sort of vigilante justice to protect particularly unscrupulous influencers from big bad “trolls”, when in actual fact it’s all self-serving and a cover for being a nasty piece of work bully.

TU isn’t truly interested in the morals they feign to uphold, which is that people on Tattle are the bad guys and everyone who has a thread is a victim of bullying. No, they cherry pick who they think deserves their BTEC level of revenge, and refuse to operate for influencers they themselves don’t like. Yes, the bar must be in hell if LG meets the criteria but others are a no-go.

But worse than that, they have no problem at all with throwing people who helped them under the bus. People who naïvely trusted them and bought into what they were doing as something helpful and kind. People who were lonely and struggled to make friends. TU used them and then turned on them when they realised that TU isn’t the social justice warrior they make out they are. Some might say it is grooming to befriend and use vulnerable people on the internet for your own self-gratifying purposes.

TU has been on this sub behind numerous profiles lately posting pictures and doxxing one of their victims. They first did it and claimed that the person was TU, in an attempt to entice bullying and a pile on, but it fell flat.

TU, you don’t need to entice bullying, you’re capable of doing that all by yourself.
