[Discussion] Prestige update
I didn`t played game since January, made Test Drive 2 and that`s all. 21 quests to cappa and third prestige. And after today`s update I can just get it right now lol. I don`t want to do it because I have too much money and bitcoins and other stuff which I can use on interesting events or drop to my friends (if they come back to the game).
Am I happy that prestige's are nerfed? Mostly yes, because they was pretty long to do and normal people would never touched it. I think last prestige's (5-6 now, 9-10 later) must be hard, have Collector quest and other hard stuff, but not the first ones.
And what are your thoughts about this changes?
Holy frag
I got sniped by a glukhar guard on reserve from the roof of broken train station
[Arena] - I’ve opened 37 echo Belli crates and have had commons and 1 rare
With the new ref crates, I wanted to try and get all epics and my preferred legendary.
After 37 crates and only 1 rare, I think this may be unachievable without spending real money on crates
Especially because your chance with that type of drop resets after getting one
This is diabolical design. Awful cash grab which I’m not doing
I think bsg should delete arena
I havent played the game before started playing this when it released to steam and have been addicted to it since. However this one quest has been kicking my ass since i got it and i just now got it done and needed to share, if anyone else is struggling a tip i have for you is to rush dorms get into 3 story and ambush anyone that moves around that building makeshift 50 BMG did wonders for me. Gives you some armor pen and is decently high damage.
One in a lifetime triplekill nade [Video]

Escape from Tarkov's ICEBREAKER Event is Coming This Month
insider-gaming.comGoons killed me and my duo on woods before we even loaded in
Has this happened to anyone else? Spawned our ass right into them and we insta died without loading in lmao.
I'm a casual timmy, played the game on and off for years and recently picked it back up 2 weeks ago. I've done about 80 PMC raids since then, and have survived 17. I'm level 10. I have 2 PMC kills, 1 of which was on a naked pistol wielding level 2 player.
I really want to play this game and actually progress, but it feels completely impossible when I'm dying to 2K+ hour veterans almost every game. I've been trying to complete Prapor's convoy quest for the past 8 raids. Every raid I've made it to the camp safely, and there's some 5000 hour gigachad already there who headshots me as soon as I come within 50 meters of him.
I know, the entire point of Tarkov is that it's hardcore, no punches pulled, dog-eat-dog, but for fucks sake I just want to complete this quest so I can get cool guns to mod.
Obviously, the answer is "git gud". And yeah, I agree with that, I suck ass. But Tarkov makes it so difficult to actually get better at this game. I don't have time to play 8 hours a day, and Tarkov is so clunky & unoptimized that maybe half of my time is actually spent in a raid.
Of course, there's no real solution to the casual problem. We can't make it so veterans with thousands of hours can't interact with people like me. I'm just screaming into the void because I suck dick

Ive played for about 6ish hours now and absolutely LOVE the game and the vibe each raid has.
Is there any advice y'all can give me that I can use going forward that the game doesnt really explain or tell you?
Only running PvP bc I dont think PvE is for me in games like this.
