Without relying on news or chasing trends, a simple pattern has changed my account's trajectory, and it has now surpassed $700,000.🎏

I have been striving to achieve profitability for approximately three years now. As time went on, one thing became clearer to me.

It is not, in fact, about discovering some brilliant, groundbreaking strategy or technique.

Even the most fundamental strategies can be effective.

As shown in Figure 2, this "double bottom breakout" is a classic bottom reversal pattern. It first experiences a decline, and then forms two close lows at a low level, forming a "W" shape.

The key lies in the "neckline." After the price bottomed out for the second time, it rebounded and tested the previous resistance. The breakout above the neckline confirmed the breakout, indicating that large funds had entered the market, and it was not just a simple rebound.

I usually enter the market after a breakout above the neckline or a pullback to the neckline, which increases my win rate. After the breakout, the bottom of the consolidation turns into an upward trend. The target price can be extended by the vertical distance from the bottom to the neckline. Once the target price is reached, take profits and exit the market.

The advantage of this method is its high success rate, but the disadvantage is that it cannot capture the profits of the entire trend, only the middle part. Although the method is not perfect, it suits me better, as I pursue stability rather than exorbitant profits.

Expiry Friday wrap, 13 primary signals on the line plus a what-if table on three exit rules

Today was the biggest single-day expiry day the book has run through yet. 13 primary signals all carried April 24 expiries. Here is what actually printed, and then what it would have looked like under two different exit rules.

What actually happened (old peak-trail stop rule):

Winners (5): AMD 265C +3196%, MRVL 135C +731%, BE 185C +427%, ORCL 160C +271%, MU 460C +168%.

Losers (8): SNDK 1050C -92%, GLD 450C -94%, NVDA 200C -60%, GOOGL 340C -48%, AMD 285C -40%, NBIS 165C -37%, CRWV 120C -35%, AAPL 270C -1%.

Watchlist (3): MRK 113P +6%, MSTR 175C -54%, HOOD 88C -54%.

The same cohort under three different exit rules:

TICKER OLD -50% NO STOPS
AMD 265C +3196 +3196 +3196
MRVL 135C +731 +731 +731
BE 185C +427 +427 +427
MU 460C +168 +168 +168
ORCL 160C +271 +200 +200
AMD 285C -40 +1190 +1190
NVDA 200C -60 -50 +106
GOOGL 340C -48 -50 +3
AAPL 270C -1 -50 -49
CRWV 120C -35 -50 -65
NBIS 165C -37 -50 -84
SNDK 1050C -92 -50 -99
GLD 450C -94 -50 -100
MRK 113P +6 +41 +41
MSTR 175C -54 -50 -54
HOOD 88C -54 -50 -94
AGG TOTAL +4284 +5503 +5517
AVG / POS +268 +344 +345
WIN RATE 6/16 7/16 9/16

The AMD 285C line is the killer. Under the peak-trail rule it stopped at -40% on Monday before the cohort rip resumed. Under a -50% hard stop rule the position never drew down that far, so it would have held and printed +1190% at expiry. One position, one rule change, +1230 percentage points.

NVDA 200C is the second story. It drew down past -50% during the week, so it would have stopped under the new rule. But it recovered to +106% at today's close. No-stops picks that up.

Reaching Milestones My Journey to $220000 with Trend Trading

Hello everyone. I’m not here to show off I just wanted to share with you that this account of mine has reached the milestone of $220000. My goal is to complete 80% of this journey before I turn 36.

Share Insights

pic 1: Downtrend and Bottom Formation. Prices show a clear downtrend, forming lower highs and lower lows. The green support zone is located at $139.4K, indicating that selling pressure is gradually weakening, and the market may reverse or consolidate here. The resistance zone, indicated by red, is located at $176.5K. A break above this zone could signal a trend reversal.

pic 2: The price broke through the resistance zone of $176.5K, then retraced and confirmed the support zone in green. The fact that the price failed to break through the support level after retracing further validated the validity of the breakout and confirmed the market's strength. At this juncture, the price has established a series of higher highs and higher lows, signaling that the upward trend is likely to continue.

pic 3: Following the confirmation of a breakout and subsequent retest, the price continued to rise, establishing a new high. Based on the principle of trend continuation, Target 1 is set at the previous high of $176.5K, serving as a short-term objective; Target 2 is set at $213.6K, representing the next potential target.

After years of trial and error, I've finally found a method that works for me. And I've come to realize that every investor needs to build their own trading system. Tools are just there to assist you; experience and discipline are what really matter.

Investing is not about getting rich overnight, but about achieving natural and steady wealth growth through precise execution and rigorous self-discipline over countless ordinary days.

This is just one part of my work, and if you are interested in how I do it, I'd love to discuss it with you!

Easy Win - ARM

ARM was a big win yesterday. It really is crazy seeing the analyzer at work. With all the data collected so far, our assumptions are correct that large and mega cap seem to work the best with these conditions. Over time, with more data, we may be able to find other correlations based on the patterns we see. Quite fascinating indeed.

$OSRH tiny deSPAC biotech penny with 20m Marketcap and $815m pending License deal with Definitive Agreement due by April 30 (crazy undervalued!)

$OSRH — End-of-Month Catalyst Setup

The Setup

OSR Holdings (NASDAQ: OSRH) + its wholly-owned Swiss subsidiary Vaximm AG have a binding term sheet with BCM Europe AG (BCME) — OSRH's largest shareholder — for a revised global exclusive license of VXM01, Vaximm's first-in-class oral DNA-based cancer immunotherapy targeting VEGFR-2.

The binding term sheet was signed March 27, 2026, superseding the January 2025 term sheet. The definitive agreement is targeted for April 30, 2026 — ~6 trading days out.

Why This Deal Matters (Structure Was Revised in OSRH's Favor)

Originally the economics flowed to Vaximm (the sub). The March 2026 restructuring made OSRH the direct counterparty — milestones and royalties now land at the parent level, bypassing any upstream distribution leakage.

Headline economics:

  • Up to $815M in milestone payments → payable DIRECTLY to OSRH parent (weighted toward clinical/development milestones, not operational)
  • $30M upfront to Vaximm (50% cash / 50% digital assets) via a BCME-sponsored investment vehicle ("BCM Decentralized Science Investors I, LP")
  • $30M development financing facility provided by OSRH to Vaximm (parent funds the sub's clinical work)
  • Royalty pass-through from any ultimate licensee, with a delta-recovery mechanism
  • Optional issuance of up to $15M common stock to the BCME fund at $10/share, exercisable 6 months after definitive signing (i.e., ~20x current price — not dilutive at today's levels, and BCME has to want in at $10)

The Capital Structure Story — Why This Is Clean

This is what makes OSRH different from the typical $20M-MC biotech trap:

  • Clean deSPAC — no registered convertibles, no registered warrants
  • No active shelf
  • No active ATM
  • April 9, 2026: OSRH retired ~$2.02M of outstanding warrant overhang by rolling it into a single $1,055,555 convertible note with White Lion GBM Innovation Fund
    • $1.00 fixed conversion price (~100% premium to the $0.49 close on April 8)
    • 5% coupon, 9-month maturity
    • 6-month restriction on conversion — zero shares can hit the float during the catalyst window
  • April 8, 2026: The last external capital raise was effectively priced at $1.00 (the note conversion floor) — any dilutive print from that counterparty requires $1.00+
  • April 22, 2026: A 7.9% 13G was filed

https://preview.redd.it/mo6od86i07xg1.png?width=1410&format=png&auto=webp&s=54d6b2ad3b2b5ac303e5ef89c64f473a84af3376

https://preview.redd.it/lk28l6ti07xg1.png?width=1152&format=png&auto=webp&s=7144b16aff97388ab45a4d05dae4f78705af4cfb

The Math

Market cap (at $0.60) ~$19M
Milestone potential (to parent) up to $815M
MC / milestone potential ~2.3%
Last capital structure print $1.00
Active ATM / shelf None
Registered overhang None

The Catalyst Window

  • April 30, 2026 → target execution of definitive Global License Agreement for VXM01
  • Conditions: Vaximm board approval + independent third-party fairness opinion + final docs
  • Binding term sheet → fairness opinion → definitive = the standard path; the binding TS locks the economic terms

If they hit the April 30 date, the tape gets a definitive, fully-documented license agreement with $815M in parent-level milestones, $30M upfront, and a validated counterparty (BCME, largest shareholder, aligned).

There is no approved Reverse split and there is no upcoming vote for one as well.

The company has only 100m Authorized Shares with a 33m Outstanding Shares so the share structure is very tight with little wiggle room.
