UK Creatine
Whats everyones thoughts on £6 creatine that last 6 months from the likes of Nutrition geeks or something like that? Constantly getting ads for cheap creatine like it's a race to the bottom. I've been looking into doing higher doses of creatine to help with sleep deprivation because I've got two little ones who like to wake up in the night and I can't find a purity report or anything for any cheap brands? Not even ones that say third party tested show the purity? Could be crap and full of creatinine for all I know! Managed to find some pharmaceutical grade stuff which I think I'm gonna go with but wondering whats everyones thoughts on stuff without a purity report? Do you just take it knowing it's probably full of crap and heavy metals or what? Don't want to smash back 20g to find I'm actually putting 4g of byproduct in my system.
