Anyone know how to read this id number and where i can get springs that would fit? looking for something a bit shorter, fitment isnt looking how i want it to yet. Silver NA Swift Springs 12k

Wheel and tire setup
I am thinking about running 215/35 on 19x9.5 and 225/35 on 19x10.5 would this setup be okay or will i have frequent de-beading issues
