I love how Patric’s art feels like the GUNSLINGER SPAWN action figure went on an adventure. This is a SPAWN UNIVERSE comic book blank that I did it’s my first one and I wish to enter the OFFICIAL one currently I can’t wait to submit and show my art to the creators and the community. First off a blue Spawn-- i really like him blue - any thoughts on that ? So i been working on this trying a new style of art I've been checking out. I feel more should be added idk if imma do a different type of spawn ( i can't do medieval i tried) or chains or scenery like castles or dark buildings bats maybe idk needed some in put or just leave it alone and leave it how it is.

I'm liking acrylic markers over alcohol markers

I also wanted to post the clip from Billy Madison saying i painted the duck blue bc I never seen a blue duck and honestly I wanted to see a blue duck but spliced over the word duck with spawn

Bought new acrylic markers to color it. Worked on this for awhile took lots of breaks.

For my 41st submission to Spawning Ground, I drew classic Spawn! I felt like I needed to draw the original Spawn that started it all again. I was really happy with the necroplasm swirling out of his eye. I was inspired by the way @thomasnachlik draws the K7-Leetha symbiotic skin, which has more texture, and I shaded around the eyes on the mini skulls that connect his cape.

The materials I used for this piece of art were Staedtler acrylic markers, a Pilot Precise Rolling Ball red pen, and Tombow water-based markers on top of my 4 Candies pencils and Speedball fountain pen inks.
