My first win in ages!

I kept having a lose streak, so today was wonderful. Was able to win against White Scars. Felt good. Lost almost all of my infantry, but was able to out score the opponent!

Artillery and demolisher cannons are
MVPs

Latest additions to my army!

Auroxes are going to help me score, hopefully.
And tech priests to remove statuses from my fragile tanks.

Hello Legate, new equipment options have been made available in the Cohorts Armoury. We know you will use them wisely!

You can find these plastic compatible arms here and here with both options having a 25% off sale until May 13th!

My 1st completed project

After a great deal of sweat, toil, turmoil and at great personal cost, it has taken me 6 months to FINALLY finish...

A single lasrifle section. 😁

I was gifted the start of an army by a friend for my birthday last year and was able to grab myself the combat force just prior to Christmas and I've been building my models (except the Leman Russ) steadily since then.

Painting is the thing I never really used to look forward to but I've been forcing myself to spend 1 night a week just doing some hobby to get things done and I've said that if I want to do something, I want to do it as well as I can. I don't mind taking my time to learn new skills and make what I put on the table as good as it can be and given that I'm learning how to paint minis (coming from poorly making 1:72 planes), I'm really happy with the result.

Now I need to finish a line command squad, 3 Dracosans, 2 Malcadors, a Leman Russ, a few Legatine Marshall Lifewards, 2 Sentinels and their pilots and then to learn how to build (and ideally modularly magnetise) another Leman Russ...

The 521st Praetorian Fusiliers are starting to really take shape though!
