Channel is dying drastically, any help??

Hi!

I started streaming back in 2021, mostly doing a combo of game development and horror games, with the occasional story game mixed in here and there.

The channel started off quite strong and consistently well, I was streaming every few days very regularly with a schedule for Monday, Wednesday and Friday mainly (switching up every now and then) and my channel was pretty much gaining followers and subscribers at a decently fast rate.

In 2022, I released a demo for my game (a fnaf fan game called 'Cleanup Crew'). It blew up IMMENSELY on YouTube and my channel jumped from averaging maybe 10-15 viewers at a time to over 300 at a time and my channel for a good while was getting some consistent growth and a lot of viewerships, some streams even averaging around the 900-1000 viewer mark.

I tried capitalizing off that the best I could of course, and continued strong with the content and it done really well for a good while! Still gaining viewers and still keeping a strong number of subscribers each month.

From about mid 2023 to end of 2024 the viewership drastically started dropping more, my Discord server went from super active to really quiet and now my streams in 2026 are here averaging about 5-10 viewers and I'm not really gaining or losing any followers, just sort of sitting standstill.

I work more now than I used to, and also do work on my days off for a YouTuber I'm friends with, but would still try to stick to my 3 day a week format. It's getting to a point at the moment where I'm barely getting through one stream a week, and its not cause I don't enjoy it - don't get me wrong, when the stream is going well it's an amazing vibe! I'm just finding it unbelievably demotivating dedicating time to streaming when the channel just sits there with the same 4 or 5 people in chat everytime and nothing else improving at all.

I've not changed my content in any way over the last few years, and have reviewed sometimes looking back at older streams and I still carry a lot of the same energy. Only changes ever made are just slightly improving some stream elements like better microphone/better starting soon/end screens etc, but the general vibe is very much the same.

Just this has been my dream job literally for the past 10 years and I'm now 5 years in and it feels like I was on an incredible path heading up and it felt like my dream was fully forming and now it feels just depressing and like I'm just doing something wrong.

Just asking for some genuine help and advice from other creators, and some guidance on some good moves I can make going forward to help elevate it. I'm not planning on packing it in and quitting anytime soon, so any advice geared towards 'calling it quits', I'm not interested in hearing. I want advice to help elevate it, not bring it to a close.

Can I get Twitch viewers playing CS2, without being an insane player or a woman?

Hi! Im currently addicted to cs2 and im streaming it every day. Im sitting on 1 viewer only which is something im trying to improve. Im uploading one daily YT short with clips from my streams. The shorts get around 1-2K views each, which is good but they don’t attract new viewers to come over to Twitch. If im just being myself I really think I can Bring something unique to the Cs community, but right now I feel a little bit demotivated because no one is in the chat. I know that this is how every big streamer started and who am I to think that I will get 50 avg viewers after a month of streaming. But I am consistent and I hope it Will pay off. If anyone has been in the same position with uploading short form content but still getting zero viewers, I would like to hear what you did to finally get out of the 1 viewer cave.

Underrated streamer needing support

Hey guys, there's this guy I know that has been streaming for a VERY long time. I'm one of the OG's and he's honestly put so much into this, was wondering if anyone could help out? Just being a viewer would help and/or following his channel. He's like mad funny and always reads every comment left on his streams and recaps to them, watches vids, plays games, talks, all of it

He's been doing it so long with minimal results, and he's been thinking of quitting recently. He's my favorite streamer and a friend of mine and honestly if her were to quit it'd like be real heartbreaking. Upcoming streamer

Ayoooo what’s good hope everyone is doing well! For starts I really need your help! I need 100 followers on my page in order to stream on Facebook! Right now that’s my huge goal if anyone can help with that

Also If you’re interested in being apart of a streamer community/cult come and join me! I stream pretty much everyday and I show support and love to those that show and support and love to me!

I stream so many different games and will continue to do so! My top 4 so far are

narakabkadepint (Naraka blade point is a Chinese martial arts melee weapon combat battle royal that feels like a diary tale and an anime it’s based similar of Chinese mythology. It’s a fun play and a definite fun watch it brings a unique experience to both viewers and players. There’s a lot of game modes but I play more in the competitive high rank side of things where it gets really active you’ll soon find out ! )

Marvel rivals (Marvel rivals isa series of 6 vs 6 game modes where you utilize the abilities of several marvel comic hero’s to gain a win with your team. Game modes so far included is king of the hill type game mode and escort the vehicle to the extraction point. This game is Very similar to overwatch. )

Bleach rebirth of souls (Bleach rebirth of souls is pretty much about the anime offering a refreshing twist to the anime fighting world with its game mechanics and how it’s played. It feels like Naruto storms, dragon ball sparking zero, street fighter snd tekken all in one. Sounds weird but the best I can explain it. )

Elden ring (Elf in ring is very difficult, dark, mysterious, medieval, and astonishing when it comes to gameplay, visuals and storyline. Pretty much like dark souls or any other adventure fantasy game you play as a custom character and take on the tasks of cleansing the lands of all things foul killing different monstrosities including extremely challenging mob bosses hidden throughout the game in many different levels. )

Mecha break is a mech based game that lets you pilot and go to battle with several different medias that do different things! It’s a pvp and a PVE based game with several different game modes including team death match, escorting, arenas, loot extraction modes and many more !

However I play many more anything from flash games to other indie games and much more! Ima game freak! It don’t even have to be about games it could be anime, movies, business/entrepreneurship, conspiracies,etc. I’m here to chill and talk about whatever and make new connections/friends as long as the good times prevail!
