I built a simple client & booking app for small service businesses

Hey!

I've been working with small service businesses (barbers, masters, etc.) and noticed many still use notes or messengers to manage clients.

So I built a simple app called ClientFlow:

- client management

- appointment scheduling

- reminders before bookings

- income tracking

The goal was to keep it as simple as possible, without CRM complexity.

It's live on the App Store as ClientFlow.

Would love feedback from people who actually run small businesses

Built a $19 CRM for tradespeople after realizing most of them are tracking $50k+ in jobs on a whiteboard (or nothing at all)

Contractors are some of the best at their craft and some of the worst at following up. Not because they don’t care — because they’re working. You can’t text a lead back when you’re on a roof.

The problem is, leads don’t wait. If you don’t respond fast, they call the next guy. And most CRMs built to solve this are designed for sales teams in offices — not someone in a truck between jobs.

So I built Milo — a CRM that actually works on its own.

Here’s what makes it different:

📲 Log leads in 5 seconds by voice

Pull up to a job, say the lead’s name, phone number, and what they need — Milo captures it. No typing, no forms, no forgetting when you get home.

🤖 AI follows up automatically

Milo sends personalized follow-up emails and texts at the right time so no lead goes cold while you’re working. People tell our users they thought they wrote the emails themselves.

📋 Everything in one pipeline

Leads, quotes, jobs, invoices — all connected. See exactly where every job stands without digging through texts or a notes app.

💬 Automated sequences that don’t sound robotic

Set up follow-up sequences with your variables (job type, estimated value, name) and Milo handles the rest. It re-engages cold leads too.

Pricing is straightforward:

∙ Starter — $19/seat/mo (unlimited leads, pipeline, quotes, invoicing)

∙ Pro — $69/seat/mo (AI follow-ups, SMS campaigns, calendar sync, team tools)

∙ Growth — $129/seat/mo (full AI assistant, email campaigns, analytics, cold lead re-engagement)

7-day free trial. No contracts. Cancel anytime.

Genuinely curious — what are you using right now to track leads and follow up? Spreadsheet? Notes app? Just vibes?

usemilo.app — setup takes about 5 minutes.
