I made calm rain video for sleep, focus or anxiety relief

Hey everyone,

I made a simple rain-on-window video with no thunder, no distractions — just steady, cozy rain for sleep, focus, or relaxing.

I personally use this kind of sound to fall asleep faster, so I tried to keep it as clean and calming as possible.

Would love some honest feedback:

•Is the sound natural enough?

•Too loud / too quiet?

•Anything you’d change?

Here it is:

Thanks 🙏

Made sleep music with delta wave frequencies mixed into lofi. Curious what you think, 8 hours no ads

Been working on something new and fun for me, delta wave sleep frequencies blended with lofi and zen music. Binaural beats and 0.5hz-2.0hz.

Trying to achieve a very relaxing mix.

I also made sure to lower the volume levels every hour that it goes by. I plan to release new vids weekly, using different instruments.

Also features cars I love to make it fun

Would love honest feedback on whether the vibe lands. Enjoy and thank you

We just released our first 8-hour 40 Hz Gamma Wave sleep video — would love honest feedback from this community

Hey r/sleepmusic! My partner and I just published our first long-form sleep audio under our channel AgelessMind, and before we go further with the series, we genuinely want to hear from people who actually use this kind of content regularly.

The video is 8 hours of layered ambient audio built around 40 Hz gamma binaural beats and isochronic tones, inspired by the MIT Picower Institute research on gamma entrainment. We layered in a deep ambient drone, gentle rain, and a 528 Hz harmonic pad underneath. There are also spoken affirmation breaks at the 1, 2, 4, and 6 hour marks.

Specifically curious about:

Is the 40 Hz angle something this community finds interesting or overplayed?

How do you feel about binaural + isochronic being layered together — useful redundancy or just noise?

Anything in the presentation or description that feels off to you?

We're small creators and this sub has people who really know this space. Brutal honesty appreciated over empty encouragement. Thanks!
