May’s contest starts today! We will be accepting submissions until May 14 and then voting will be held starting May 15th.

Details about this month’s contest

This month's theme is "See you in Disguise 🥸", where we will camouflage ourselves amongst the creatures, plants, and elements in the realm of sky! Here are some examples from the mods 😁

NOTE: The first image in your post will be the one that gets voted on, so craft your image carefully!

If your sky kid submission is wearing or using ANY IAPs, cosmetics, or spells that are OLDER than 1 year, then you must flair your post as a 'Veteran'.

If your sky kid is ONLY wearing cosmetics available within the last year, you must flair your post as a 'Moth'.

See this post for the full list of Moth Cosmetics. Anything not listed is therefore a Veteran Cosmetic

There will be 1 winner per category and the winners will get $25 USD worth of IAPs.

Details about the new selection process

The Winners will be chosen based on a weighted score from a panel of judges and the amount of poll votes. The judges' scores will account for 70% of an entry's total score and general votes will count for the remaining 30%.

Panel Judges will be selected from a pool of the past year's winners. Judges will score each entry on a scale of 1 to 5 for the following criteria:

• Following the contest theme and rules
• Outfit uniqueness
• Outfit balance/colour scheme
• Photo composition (background, pose, artistry [ignore image resolution/quality])
• Overall impression of the entry

General voting will remain the same.

Before I eventually find room for the upcoming >!Moth Plush, and Days of Colour Kites,!<, I figured I'd share my progress having replaced my guest bed with the new Pirate Bed.

Probably wont have a full blown Nest Showcase for May.

TGC likes to be cute about my nest, I’ve decided. I have it set as my spawn point, but occasionally I come home to NO nest or option to decorate. Resetting spawn to aviary and turning on a VPN always brings my nest back, but I’m not sure why it works. Occasionally, I’ll spawn in a stranger’s nest and do the same fix. I’ve spawned in friends’ of friends nests while they were visiting, so embarrassing! “Uh sorry not my house-!” Today, before my eyes, my chair and nest vanished, and I merged into a grey kid’s nest mid game. She froze. I fainted. We lit each other, and I laughed and did this ??? emote, waved goodbye and leapt off her balcony. 🥲 Resetting spawn and VPN fix again, but TGC please…just let me go home! 🥲

I can still place BALL though, just with nothing to throw it at.

Challenge coins are obtained for use in shared/challenge spaces once you complete the next Season of Carnival Quest, which was released this morning.

&gt;I'll see you all in another 2 weeks with an update on whether or not the Floating Platform or Jump Pads are available to use.
