This is a Suburban Rancher Home one story and on a 40 x 30 lot.

There is a garage and fenced in backyard. 

There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom. 

There is a nice size Kitchen and living room. 

There is a laundry room with space to add a pantry. 

There is plenty of room for expansion.

I love playing as the spice girls, and having a vibey 90s aesthetic sims gameplay

This is my very first Sim! His name is Joe Valentine, and he's a modern-era Sim who wishes he could've lived in the 1930s.

I'm happy with how most of these turned out - especially his everyday, swimming, Jungle Adventure, and cold weather outfits. I know his athletic outfit looks modern, but hoodies and Converse-style sneakers both existed back then!

This is Dakota! Lexi's 16 year old daughter and the most important person in her life

A few things about Dakota:

Dakota has never met her father! Her mother is Latina and father is an English soldier who left Lexi a goodbye gift (a baby) she looks so much like him! Dakota grew up in the city and is slowly getting accustomed to country life. Her mother made sure she got a rescue horse as her first ever horse so she could learn how to properly be responsible for a horse and how to be patient. One day Dakota hopes to become a champion trainer just like her mother.

Haruko is a Japanese teenager who dreams of becoming a computer expert.

I tried a few times and sometimes the poster wouldn't appear. Only the animation of him asking would show. I never really saw the poster until after a few tries. Are there promposal mods that change the poster design because this one is kinda cheesy. Are there other mods that replace this poster? That would be super cool.

This is one of my new saves main sims Alexis, better known as Lexi! Picture is featuring her heart horse Made In Denver.

A few things about Lexi:

Lexi used to be a well know teen horse trainer and equestrian model before she got pregnant with her daughter Dakota. Lexi had gotten into an on and off relationship with an English soldier who moved back to England before she could tell him she was pregnant. With the help of her aunt she focused on raising her daughter and left the equestrian world behind. Now after years of city living she is back in her home town and making her dreams come true and raising a whole new herd of champion horses.

I really enjoyed using this animation on this mod from Utopya.
