so i have two micro set....one to turn my lights to 0 when I hit a button and second to turn them to 100 with another.... I tied them to regular keys. sometimes the micro works and often it doesn't. sometimes when I restart signal it fixes for a bit. others I have to have signal actually up on my screen to work.

I have windows dynamic off and the other controllers off. is there something im missing?

This app is actively preventing you from controlling fans within ICUE by shutting it down and not letting you reopen it. This caused my PC to shut down as an emergency measure due to overheating. They're trying to force people to subscribe to Pro by potentially damaging people's rigs. This is bordering on blackmail, and an irresponsible way to do business, as all it's done for me is uninstall using Revo, and post this warning.
