I hit this in a break last year. What’s thoughts on value? I do plan on selling at some point… obviously would be an auction if not live at a show. MVP Season for Shohei and WS MVP for Yamamoto

How long of Ohtani being this terrible at the plate before card values drop?

He's arguably the best starting pitcher in all of MLB right now... But this is the worst hitting streak I've seen him ever have since 2020. He's absolutely awful at the plate right now.

So I'm actually curious: if his offense continues to be this bad, will card values start to come back down to earth?

Gold!

Recieved this as a topps replacement for a damaged hit when this product released. Can't remember the card it replaced but I don't think that really matters at this point.

Haven't been able to find a true comp for it as nothing has sold since his market really took off. Not planning on moving it more out of curiosity.

Partly my fault but my wife decided to clean my drawer out before moving and tossed my rookie Bowman Sterling Ohtani. I was putting some of my nicer cards that I display in bubble mailers so I can just transfer them easily, to find out when moving day came my bubble mailer containing this Ohtani was thrown in the trash. Told me “why would I put expensive cards in a shipping bag?”, lol. This one stings as it was my nicest Ohtani card by far and held sentimental value since I actually pulled it myself. Hopefully another finds me one day!

Who else is holding an AA10?! 📈📈📈I

After buying and flipping the floor of this card, I finally picked up a graded version of this bad boy!

164 TOTAL pop. Only 90 higher than an 8. You rarely see a VG raw pop up. In my opinion, this is the rarest (non numbered) rookie Ohtani has.

Hope you guys stopped sleeping on this one. I’ve been high on this card for months and got a lot of hate for selling a busted raw copy for almost $200.

Numbers don’t lie. Grab any copy you can. This card will continue to rip.

Picked up this Shohei Ohtani card recently ⚾🔥

Still learning the hobby a bit more seriously — do you guys think this one is worth grading or should I keep it raw?

Centering and corners look decent to me but I’d love honest opinions before I spend the money on PSA 😅
