With the cut off of the DS functions on the horizon I was contemplating doing this hunt on the Leaf Green Cart, but with ZERO phases, only hunting for less than a week, 2 baits and 2 balls and I got her and my heart is pounding and I’m still just gobsmacked!!!

Currently I am trying to complete the national dex in omega rubin. Therefore I started a alpha sapphire game to catch the version exclusives. That's what I got as a starter, didn't even try to get a shiny :D

I finally finished the collection of all the shiny Pokémon that can mega-evolve.
This took a lot of trades, some begging, and, of course, luck.

I am almost ready with future mega shiny, and just missing 4 (of the ones currently in the game): Starmie, Heatran, Darkrai, and Crabominable.

I finished my playthrough of Leaf Green on the Switch with my dream team! To hunt for the shinies, I built a bot that hunts through the night using a combination of methods (text-based delay for wild or legendary encounters) and OCR frame-color detection for static or starter hunts!

Hunting for ghosts, bears and elephants here. I didn't have Quagsire already, so this is still a new shiny for me.

I'm now 289/489 for all full odds obtainable targets in Gen 4! Only 200 more to go! 😄

By no means is so this my love gesture shiny hunt, its been about 3 weeks but something about this hunt has been so grueling and boring 😭 i didnt phase on the Pooch either so after changing the battery and resetting my old save I really wasnt sure if I set everything up properly but clearly I did.

Ive never had a shiny in these games so this is so exciting right now for me!

I got my shiny charm a week ago, and ever since, I’ve been reseting legendaries for 10 hours daily non stop and managed to get myself 4 shiniy legendaries in less than 7 days. And when I most recently got shiny Regigiags which is one of my favorite shiny, I barely felt a thing. Has this ever happened to anyone?

I found it on Mt. Ember, I believe it is full odds ? (not too sure)

I EV trained it for Mega Mewtwo X. Arceus have mercy on it when it isn't mega evolved lol

If Masuda Method + Shiny Charm gives 1/512 odds, square shinies from breeding are a 1/16 chance, and Zorua are 12.5% female, then I believe the probability of this happening was 1 in 65,536. But statistics are hard and I’m not very smart so take that with a grain of salt.

critical capture came in so clutch! I was so worried about SOS calls all doing brutal swings and KOing the shiny but my dusk ball locked in!!
