Resume Review & Feeback

I have been applying for jobs over a year now and I haven't received any feedback or any invites for interview. The initials is intentional. It's for anonymity. Kindly give me a honest feedback so I can make it better. The market is brutal.

Please review my CV from recruiter POV

Hi, this was my original post https://www.reddit.com/r/SheetsResume/s/lkRKHr7on7

I am going to make multiple V of this CV - Accounting Manager, Finance manager, Financial Controller and Tax Manager. This format is Accounting Manager V.

  1. only thing i am worried about is that the recruiters eye will scan my first 2 experiences 🥲, the 1st experience relates to my LLC registrated startup and 2nd is tax manager at a billion$ tech brand. My 3rd experience is the most relatable (atleast for Accounting manager position or so I think). Let me know your thoughts or if i can do something.

  2. Do you suggest renaming job title from 2023-2025 as ' tax & accounting manager' instead of just 'tax manager'. Not sure if it will look a bit off, considering it was a big brand and I never handled Accounting.

  3. if I apply for say financial controller role, then do you recommend changing my startup and (2018-2023) job title to Financial Controller?

  4. I haven’t included company intro in 1st bullets as there wasn't much space to add anything extra.

  5. Kept the length to 1 page only, so removed alot of old bullets and condensed lines. I hope it doesn't look too incomplete.

  6. i have included only 1 bullet for experience from (2015-2017), which was a small LLC. Not sure if i should remove the bullet entirely as it is similar to experience from (2018-2018), or just leave it there.

  7. I have widened slightly page margins and also reduced line space between experiences in (2018-2023). Let me know if I should change it back.

  8. Do you suggest bolding keywords ?

Thanks alot in advance. Hope it isn't too many questions. Appreciate the support
