Hey Everyone,
Deleted my original post, realizing I posted it wrong without any screenshots.. Here is a redo..
I've been playing OSRS for years on and off (rsn: PapiRogers), and with my main job as a Software Engineer in Test getting me more and more developer experience, I wanted to create my own app.
My fiancé and I have recently made the push to get back into the gym and start eating healthier amongst other things - which gave me the idea to make a habit tracker based off OSRS.
The concept is simple: real-life activities map to OSRS skills. Going to the gym trains Strength. Reading trains Magic. Meditating trains Prayer. You earn XP, watch your skills level up from 1 to 99, and build streaks. The UI is styled after the game — brown and gold, the pixel fonts, bevel panels, the whole thing. Even the XP drops float up when you log an activity.
What's in the app right now:
- 24 skills, all mapped to real-life habits (80+ activities to choose from)
- XP drops, level-up animations with confetti and the classic OSRS level up sound
- Streak tracking
- Cadence system — set each activity to daily, 5x/week, 3×/week, weekly, etc.
- Workout tracker — create workout templates, log sessions with sets/reps/weight, watch your progress through workout metrics, share templates via a 6-character code
- Activity history with a calendar view showing hit/missed days
Why I need testers:
Google Play requires a 14-day closed beta with at least 12 testers before you can publish publicly. I want real feedback from people who will actually get the references and have opinions about the design.
What feedback is most useful:
- Does the XP/level progression feel rewarding in the early levels, or does it feel too slow?
- Are there habits you'd want to track that aren't in the app?
- Anything that feels off about the OSRS aesthetic — wrong font weight, color that looks bad on your device, etc.
- Any crashes or bugs, especially on older Android devices
- Honest take on onboarding — did you understand what to do immediately, or did it take a moment?
- Ideas for future features are very welcomed
Planned features if the app gains traction:
- Gear system — unlock OSRS-themed gear at skill milestones that provides XP boosts in related skills (Strength gear boosts Strength XP, etc.)
- 99 Skill Capes — awarded when you hit 99 in a skill, displayed on your profile
- Achievement Diaries — OSRS-style tiered achievement diaries for real-life goals
- Quest system — multi-step challenges that reward XP across multiple skills
- Custom character creation — build your own adventurer instead of the default wizard
Requirements:
- Android device
- Google account to opt in via Play Store
If you are interested, please DM me your google play email so I can whitelist it & provide the link to download the app.
Appreciate any of you willing to give it a go — even if it's just to tell me the XP rates are completely wrong (they definitely need reworking).
I am the solo developer of Scapewatch: Idle MMO, an incremental / idle MMO I’ve been working on for quite a while. Every piece of art in my game is paid for by a real human artist. I have worked with three different artists to bring out the best experience I can afford to the players.
Scapewatch gameplay: training skills, chasing upgrades, joining clans, progressing your account, unlocking pets, pushing raids with friends, and coming back later to see what your character accomplished.
The game is built around long term progression rather than quick resets. I wanted to make something for players who enjoy watching numbers go up, planning efficient grinds, collecting rare drops, filling collection logs, and slowly building an account they care about.
Current systems include:
- Massive hand-designed open world
- 28 skills
- Clans, friends lists, and social features
- Dungeons and raids
- Pets
- Capes
- Leaderboards
- Quests
- Offline progression
- Collection logs
My goal is to make an idle MMO that feels more like a real online world: social, grindy, long-term, and full of things to chase.
The Steam page is live now, and our playtest will soon go live.

I would genuinely love feedback on the Steam page, screenshots, description, or anything that feels unclear. I’m solo and new to all of this, so even small advice helps a lot.
Thank you for reading! See you in the land of Scapewatch 😄

Hello, I just added my game (Berrus) on itch.io, any feedback will be much appreciated!
Hello! I'm slowly migrating the game ( a RuneScape + Path of Exile mix ) from purely web page based to a real 2d game that you can move around and interact.
Today was the turn of Arena, Museum and Bank, which also included new features for them.
You can join a community, of over 500 players, for free on your browser and mobile on: https://berrus.app .
