Carolina Lakes

Hi! We are moving into Carolina lakes in the coming months and I'm wondering what the residents do for fun or the general scoop, things I should know, if there's any events.. even about the holidays? Do people get really into decorating? Are there a lot of tricker treaters? That sort of thing!

Carolina Indie Fest May 15-16

Carolina Indie Fest returns for the 8th time featuring 10 indie bands performing live on stage over two days. This is a barrier free, community centered event featuring food trucks, vendors and unlimited beer.

Best part? It’s free! Thanks to our generous sponsors we are able to offer this festival to everyone. Regulars know to bring lawn chairs and check out the vendors under the parking deck and up above the beer garden. We post daily on Facebook and Instagram (@carolinaindiefestival) and our website (carolinaindiefest.net) lists all bands, their performance times and links to their music. There are also links to playlists with Indie Fest artists available.

Hope we will see you there!

Architect or drafter needed

Husband and I are looking for an architect to draw a floor plan of a property to start renovating.
Also if there’s anyone that can recommend a reliable GC to renovate our 1905 house in Sanford it’ll be greatly appreciated!

TIA

Where to buy single stem flowers in Sanford

I like to make bouquets for my family for special occasions and I usually go to Trader Joe's in Raleigh. Are there any florist in Sanford that sell single stem flowers?
